How to create wood eyeglasses by upgrading cheap reading one

In this very long video i explain the complete process of creating wood eyeglasses frame based on a cheap one that i will only keep the arms and the glasses.
I have organised the video in 8 steps:
Step 1: creating the profile based on reference eyeglasses. For that i have used a picture of this reference that i have imported in adobe illustrator, scaled and with the pen i have created the profile and imported directly in my cloud space of my shaper origin
Step 2: routing the eyeglasses profile in an ikea cutting plate that i have already used for other project ;-)
Step 3: Sanding the profile to get it curved. For that step i have used a JET spindle sander.
Step 4: Extract the glasses on the reference eyeglasses and cut the arms to reuse both on the new frame
Step 5: Insert the arms in the frame by creating small square hole corresponding to the arms dimensions
Step 6: Adjust the glasses to fit the frame by sanding the edges of the glasses
Step 7: Glue the arms in the frame with epoxy glue.
Step 8: Finishing the frame by applying a thin layer of Cosmo oil
