This Chicken and potato meal is a must try

- Chicken and potato pottage:
(serves 4)
* 12 chicken wings(drums and flats)
* ½ teaspoon each of
* salt
* Crushed Bouillon(knorr chicken or maggi)
* Paprika
* Garlic powder
* Onion powder
* Pepper
* Few spring of fresh thyme or 1 tsp dried
* 4 medium Irish potatoes/russet potatoes
* 2 ½ cup of water
* Extra ½ teaspoon of salt
For the vegetable stir fry:
* 2 tablespoons of butter
* 1 small onion (chopped)
* 3-4 cloves of garlic(minced)
* 2 scotch bonnet pepper(chopped)
* 2 carrots
* 1 green bell pepper
* 1 red bell pepper
* Seasoned vegetable stir fry with:
* ½ teaspoon each of salt, chicken bouillon and pepper
* Slurry:
* 1 tablespoon of cornstarch

I’ve made this meal 5 times now. Currently making it and every time I do I come here to watch this video as my 2cents contribution to a lovely recipe😍. For mine I swapped the cornstarch with light coconut milk as I don’t like cornstarch. However this recipe is bae to me. Thank you for sharing 😊

I'd like to try this as well, but I don't like skin on my chicken when in a stew or sauce type meals. I'd much rather use boneless / skinless chicken breast (or tenders) or boneless / skinless thighs. But this recipe looks like it's been brought to the next level. So I will definitely make this. I’m the opposite. I love the flavour the skin brings to gravy and find skinless chicken “dry” ... yes even in stew. Isn’t it amazing how palates can be that different?
