Incredible hun, wow your so talented - I’m Kerby obsessed and I’m slowly working my way through your tutorials. I’m loving that you DONT use loads of colours to get your blends 3 or 4 colours and you get amazing results. I was wondering if you could do another Kerby page from one of his older books which has mechanical workings on it, I’ve been wanting to colour one of so many of his pages but just need that confidence boost (which watching your tutorials really helps) I’m wanting to do them in Golds, Steel n Brass. I don’t have Prismacolours yet (maybe in a month or so) but I do have Black Widows 180 set. If you could do a video showing how you’d colour different metals on anything (if not a mechanical one) just for me to learn where the shading would go - basically everything you colour is awesome 👏. I hope to watch n learn from you, and colour along with you on many more Kerby pages (I have all his books) so I can colour along with you on all pages. Thank you for all your hard work in creating these tutorials- it’s very much appreciated xx Nessa (UK) xxx
Aaaw thank you so much for your lovely comment, I really appreciate it 💖 Except for Mythic world I plan to do the turtle in Fragile World and then a page from Imagimorphia - the one with an anchor. About some gold/metal I was already thinking about some tutorials, I could plan something :) I am very glad my tutorials help you to get more into coloring 😊 Have a great weekend full of coloring 😊💖
gorgeous! Love the green tone you created! I can't wait till I get my copy but sadly isn't due here in New Zealand till May 4th....not that I'm lacking in other books to colour haha
Yes, sharp pencils make a huge difference. With sharp point you can use less pressure and do more layers, also you can color details much better. Round point is good when you dont need color details and when you blend colors together with the final color.
This is one of my favourite pictures you have coloured. I love seeing the process!!🫶🏻👏🏻👍🏻🙌🏻🎊🎉🪅🥳💓💗🤩💜💖😍💘💝🇨🇦
I am glad you like it😊🌻🌻💖

I'm glad to know that, thank you 🌻
Are you continuously sharpening the pencil as you color? Does a sharp point vs a rounded/worn point make a difference?
