Nate was entirely relying on Ted to be his cheerleader constantly telling him that he's great because Nate has no real love for himself so he needs external validation. He felt abandoned because Ted started giving more attention to Roy, someone who Nate feels doesn't need that attention because Roy's a living legend, football prodigy who is arguably the most fan-beloved member of the entire team despite the fact that no amount of external validation from fans is going to make Roy value himself when all he sees himself is as an aging hasbeen football star. Roy needed support too.
I loved the longer episodes in season 3, I didn’t want it to end. Definitely the best TV show I have ever watched. Loved that it was on Apple TV and no annoying advertising.
Apparently Ted Lasso goes back to a lot longer ago in Amsterdam when he was there before he was with Saturday Night Live. I love the all apologies episode when Roy is changing everyone leaves and at the end of the credits he touches the believe sign. It’s perfect.
Feel this is the most popular show on TV. Love Ted, all the cast apart from Hannah's ex-husband played by Anthony Head. He does a great part but this is the actor we know as Giles in Buffy, the Vampire Slayer, and also in Little Britain.
