Brilliant song. Foster and Allen also do a brilliant job with this number . Reminds me of my mother Peggy who I lost on the 22.8.95. I was an only child and was the apple of her eye. She used to light candles for me every Sunday at church and through her love and guidance I don't think I've done too badly. I'm almost 60 years old now and as I write this I can honestly say that I miss her with a passion and think about her every day. I told her as she lay dying that I could never have had a better mother and asked her to come for me when it's my turn. If your lucky enough to still have your mother here, please cherish her, because like the song says "a mothers love is truly a blessing". God bless you Peggy wherever you are. xx
My mother died not too long ago and I miss her dearly. I know I am going to miss her voice and her loving care....she was the best mother in the world and I know she is in a better place now.....:)
