I use 4:3 resolution and have grown to love it. It was kind of weird at first but it really helps when you've got someone is holding a pixel angle.
I do a lot of solo queueing and never get above low gold but I'm always more focused on my role in the team rather than fragging. I'll give it a shot later today.
I just can’t play good lately, I’ve been practicing hard for months and I was about to win a 1v3 but people play so ratty like sitting in corners and getting recoil headshots, it’s like being bad at the game is a superpower
My biggest problem in low elo is that my teammates die entering the building most times. Whether it’s randoms or my terrible 5 stack of friends lol. Probably gonna try to find some better players to run with and just play with my friends whenever I don’t feel like winning lol.

Ranked is probably in its worst state right now and if it doesn’t get fixed it’ll drive players away from the game. You see, I’m plat 2 so I should be in plat lobbies? But it all depends, one game I will have 2 silvers, a diamond and an emerald on my team, the next game I’ll have all emeralds on the other team. It’s so confusing here’s no consistent rank that I plat against/with and it doesn’t make sense. Bronze/silvers shouldn’t be in plat lobbies

Honestly the only way you can rank up in solo queue is if your gun play is accurate and you can easily win a 1v5 whenever necessary.
1v5 is a stretch
Or they get mad if mistakes happen because they do happen in every match like example droning to fast or to slow can really affect a round or someone dying siege needs a search preference like you can search for players on the game.

Just play ranked this season. We’re supposed to be getting ranked 2.0 next season which includes a hard mmr reset for everyone so just go wild this season :)

i mean if you have any irl friends that would be best, otherwise just go on discord or something. Also you could solo queue until you find people with good comms. Don't pass up randoms who have good comms, shoot them a message asking if they wanna play with you.
He seems pretty good but i dont like how he puts his frost mats,he uses his cams before they spawn and sees which ones are shot out and uses that to see where they are pushing from,then he puts his mats on those windows which is good, but some of them he just puts out in the open,which i think is just a waste of a frost mat

Pull your weight ingame, use your mic, be open and friendly, add and play with randoms that isnt mute or boosted or toxic, join community discord,... u can go back and watch some of Athieno clips, i believe he made some about this already

I know this is a late comment but in round 6 you said they had a kaid so you couldn’t get hatch, why wouldn’t you just bring a maverick to take hatch control?
maverick takes a really long time to get stuff open and so it's not always worth the time investment to open a hatch as mav. Not to mention it leaves you very vulnerable so you want a reliable teammate you're queued with to protect you while maving.
Honestly my play varies every game . Sometimes i go first in kills and sometimes i got 0-6

I think it’s a lot harder than just get a 5 stack when people are toxic. I personally don’t have this problem most of the time but when I don’t have my squad on even in casual or unrank people are just toxic man. 😢

I only have my brother to play with and we'd love to have 3 others who know what they're doing but its hard when we only get the weekends to play and I would say a good 65 - 70% of our losses are team related. Some people want 5 stacks but don't have the time to find people to play with (job, wife, kids, life responsibilities). I miss the days when you could play video games without having to dedicate every waking moment of your life to the game. Unfortunately for me and most other casual gamers, video games (most FPS games) have become so mainstream that you have to keep up with the jones's (METAS) in order to even compete.

There's nothing to prove you have a 1.7 kd, but I would say to drone your teammates more, give callouts, if you are dead be actively on cameras, provide what you can to help win the round. Don't run for the Last kill and try and get the objective. Don't be afraid to try out strats, certian pushes, Co-ordinate with the team. It sounds like a lot to ask for golds, but some can catch your drift and want to duo or triple queue hell 4 stack or a whole stack, they all help.
