How I take pics by myself: I use my tripod and phone. I video myself doing a bunch of poses, then I screenshot the really good moments :)
I just heard this for the first time, that seems a a bit easier. When you take the screenshot shot the pictures still come out clear? Thanks
Emmyknowsbeauty yes, what I do is I pause the video and go through it all while it’s paused and screenshot. It comes out pretty clear for me 🙃 that’s the best way to find really good photos in the moment, whereas when you’re TRYING to get the perfect picture.

I love this idea so much. I get so self conscious when people take my photo. What a great way to get the poses down and avoid all that. Also I love the idea that you can take photos and have the chance to look at the scene and make adjustments as needed vs a spontaneous picture. Great tips!

Here in the Philippines, wherever you go there's a lot of people passing by. And if I do that here, my phone will get rob together with the tripod. So sad, I already have a tripod and bt shutter.
Well that is if you do that in Tondo and random streets like QC streets.
It depends on the place. You can't just generalize Philippines. There are some parts in other countries who could streal phones while doing this too.
