A Zod who learns how to manipulate the phantom zone to create small zone pockets? This might be the best version of Zod, yet. Usually Superman vs Zod in the comics is boring as sin.

@@mystictj9626 I wish it were like an anime fight. The battles tend to not look like two people with the strength to knock eachother through mountains and can fly at hyper velocities. Just just kinda punch eachother, get knocked to the ground, repeat.
18:49. This kind of Zod must also be partially Lex Luthor. I mean that phantom spirit at 18:49 must be Zod and that bold guy could of been Lex Luthor in disguise. I remember when watching Smallville, Zod did use Lex Luthor as his vessel. And boy, Zod was a whole lot stronger when using Lex Luthor as his vessel. So in a way compared to this game, Regime Superman had not thought of doing the fake surrender to kneel because that would of been his way to seal the phantom Zod away and make Lex Luthor become defenseless. After all, the real Zod is not bold. If this Zod have no hair, I would assume he possesses Lex Luthor as his vessel.

I would. He taunted him, but he was too strong for Superman, so he made him kill him, forever leaving a scar in what Jor-El meant for Kal to become.
While Zod may have made Superman lower himself to his level, let's face it his plan failed, his comrades died and his dream died with them. Most people would call that a loss.

Fair enough, but as we can see in Injustice, once you kill one person, it becomes easier to justify killing each time. It'll be interesting to see him reflect on his decision in the sequel.

I kind of like him! He does seem very calm in a crisis. And its nice to see a balding skinny guy do well. Besides that in this reality isn't Zod a good guy? He'd have to be benevolant for everyone to throw him a party.
Also his design is pretty well done, and his walk, that one is just badass walk :P

I would assume Grundy would know how to do it in very hard and in Max. As for survive mode and impossible mode, Grundy does not have that kind of combo for an AI. In Max, AI uses maximum combos. I would assume very hard classic means AI being in a same level as Max mode.

As long as the gameplay shows that he have the undefeated streak, then it counts as never losing. If you were to do Impossible or Max, you have to go through the whole match without using your continues. As long as continues are not used, then it counts as Vman winning the match. Close to losing does not count as losing the match either. If Zod loses 1 match, then it won't match the theme on what Zod say.
