I've got a history of strokes and have recently been getting worse. Left side of my face is numb and right arm is getting weaker every day. I thought it all had to be on the same side. I've been to my ER multiple times. If you aren't actively having a stroke, they say you're fine and practically push you out of the door.

Perhaps you need to see a neurologist.
