I really wish they could make a sequel to the movie, it does not deserve to be SO underrated
Or a movie based on what the producers made in the movie
I’d say an MCU and Avengers style live-action action/thriller TV show for Disney+. PG-13 rated and with a content of guns, violence, blood (mild or moderate, NOT gore), shootouts and deaths. It could be cool if the plot and the story had an alternative storyline about Bolt’s background and transformation to get superpowers where before being adopted by Penny, Bolt is a trained K9 dog in the Navy SEALS who was selected for a military program to weaponize elite dogs increasing their capabilities for secret anti-terrorist missions. His life changes forever during a military operation in a fictional Slavic nation from East Europe (Calico’s native country) to rescue a group of British, French and German scientists and civilians that got kidnapped by an extremist rebel group (under the orders of Dr Calico) to build a nuclear reactor for a massive terror attack at Europe and East Coast. During the battle he loses tragically his former owner killed in action and an incident happens (caused by this reactor still in progress and experimentation phase) that makes him get supercharged and become the superdog we know. He’s taken back to the USA but he escapes and while he’s on the run he meets Penny who starts to adopt him. The adventure starts when Penny’s father gets kidnapped and worldwide is threatened by a terrorist organization like HYDRA ☠️ 🏴 to rule the world. Bolt and Penny start to try trapping Dr Calico by themselves but they end up being supported by a secret agency like S.H.I.E.L.D.

Honestly I get that this is basically before the events of the movie and it's all just a literal movie but I seriously wish the ending was a little better where they did find her dad and saved him in the end

I find Bolt the video game is a lot darker than the film as Bolt or Penny has not got a issue with hurting or possibly killing anyone who worked for Dr Calico

I did the same thing with Super Mario Sunshine back in the day (since I didn't own a Gamecube Memory Card. I didn't get one until a few years ago (when I was 15 I think, probably around 2018 or so). I was 8 when I got this game (2011), so it took me 7 YEARS to be able to save this game, and an additional 3 months to beat it for how HARD it was.)

@@jjgames2114 I became a very young speedrunner after a few months. I only ever beat the game completly 1 time. Started playing at 8am and finished at about 7pm I think. Same thing with spongebob battle for the bakini bottom. Only beat it once and it took me like 10 hours.
I prefer the movie was this instead of what we got.

I had this game for DS and Wii. It's been 7 or 8 years and I've only gotten less than halfway through...Those minigames were really difficult though? That's kind of where I quit. Also, I used to watch playthroughs of this game, and 11:20 this cutscene always confused me when I was younger and to be honest it still does.
Had it for ps2! I ended up using the cheat codes cause I was having trouble and played that way. There's a missile level and it always gave me so much trouble lol

I never played this game but why does it seem better than the actual movie.
I see this is some pretty cool stuff, but you know what I didn’t see?!!!! The story arks that were mentioned in the actual bolt movie from the “movie” production scenes in the movie... if they kept a little closer with that, and some newer modern graphics, this would’ve been 100% better... sadly it didn’t turn popular...
For example, Penny was kidnaped in the production scenes... but yet not in this game...
Maybe the two DVD boxes Rhino had were the only ones he thought were cool
Plot of Disney Crossover: After Penny’s father was kidnapped by the evil Dr. Calico, Bolt, his owner, Penny, and with the help from the Disney Squad, they all set out on a quest to get her father back and saved from the evil clutches of Dr. Calico!

I have this game on my 360 though but now with my 360 sold to mega replay I am still gonna keep the game because it still works for my Xbox one and it is on the list of 360 games that can work for the one! It’s true! And you can play this Disney game on your Xbox one and I used to have this game for my Wii and that was the first Disney game that I would ever get for my Wii on my 9th birthday!

It took me a solid 8 years to “complete” this game it was awesome but every time I open it up it just goes to the ending with the missile lol
I had this game as a kid... no idea where it is now, but I kept getting stuck at the jungle level and Never finished it. Cause I was like. 9 years old. Id love to try and play it again, see if I can understand anything this time

I never Completed this game when i was a kid i always replayed the First and second missions before closing the game, but Recently a few days ago i managed to Complete the Entire Game on RPCS3 and before that Rewatched the movie, i just wish the final mission ended with a Better cutscene where it told us how bolt survived and got back to Penny, but other than that, im glad i was able to revisit this gem of a game that i finally finished

It’s on a lot of systems actually, I believe on PS3, PS2, Wii, Xbox 360, and PC. I had it for the Wii though.

I prefer the DS version over this. Bear in mind I've played the DS version and the Xbox 360 version. I appreciate the voice acting, which is my only point towards the 360 version, beyond distinguishing Bolt and Penny's role in the game. I think the DS handled everything else better.
It could also be because I played the DS version first. I think the soundtrack was much more epic, even if annoying to listen to. The DS gameplay is a bit repetitive, and the characters essentially are similar in play style, but I like it nonetheless
