Just was finishing up my new game plus playthrough and came across this again. Apparently there's a sub-quest if you guess the password wrong, and if you enter the password right on the first try, you'll never access this mission. This is probably the only unobtainable quest in the game.
18:55 wait, where the password come from? i was was asked to input it, and didnt know the passowrd, and has me looking for info at Uraya, Argentum and Tantal...you skipped that part.
(A month late, but hope that it helps) Probably by Changing characters to full fill the Field skills you changed a required character for the mission, you can see what are those in the quest log by going into details

No, I think there's 3, and that last conversation means that if you don't have Adenine in use, she'll be here and you can talk to her, but you can still use her in battle.
When you said "don't have Adenine in use" you mean Adenine is not with you at the moment and the other when you said "you can still use her in battle" you mean you can still fight alongside her in battle. Yeah I figured as much.

I failed getting the first part in trmperantia because I didn’t know the field skills and now it’s gone what do I do?

After you try any wrong combination you unlock some merc missions that give no xp gold or any reward except for the code.

Yeah, it just kinda feels weird to me to say that they're equiped. Probably because most of them are so human-like, and you can't really equip humans.
1000 years to decipher? The gang will be long gone before then. Plus, the World Tree was destroyed in the end of the game
