Nah not really. It depends on who is hosting. Lag like that can happen, and the lag switching he was complaining about was actually legitimate. The guy was using a lag switch.

And the guy in the video was legitimately lag switching too. You see how in the killcam people were getting frozen in mid stride while he would just shoot them? That's lag switching. The player has to be the host for it to work though.
You take a wire in your ethernet cable and put a switch in between it. When you are host it freezes everyone but you. Modders probably already made it a toggle through software

Elpresador was one of my favorite things on youtube back in the day. These rage compilations were GOLD. Especially this specific compilation by ELRAGEDOR. I think this is the best one but all of his Elpresador compilations are amazing. Check em all out if you want.

There actually was. If you see the killcams, he was being frozen in place before that guy killed him. Happened everytime that guy killed him. It's called a lag switch. That's what it actually does.

Lag Switch were an actual thing back in the days, no idea if they still do it but i think with todays technology and connection the game just kick you out.
They still work in any peer to peer game. I hope that they get banned more often now, tho certainly not on black ops 2. Tons of hackers on that game

Lag switches are a real thing. They have a switch on an ethernet cable that if they are the host of the lobby they can flick it off and on really quick and lag the lobby to basically get free kills

Lag compensation and hit detection are definitely genuine issues with some COD titles.

Okay so some of his rage is understandable but geese can he aim? Lol
Yeah I thought everybody knew about the lag switch, they did Implement some fixes that kick people when that s*** starts but it's not a foolproof fix. And if you don't know what the lag switch is they hook their Ethernet receive wire up to a switch like a light switch they take the receiving and hook it to the light switch where they can turn receiving off and on that way as soon as they see you they flip the switch move around behind you flip the switch and shoot you. In all honesty anybody above a 100 ping should be kicked off to a server where they get lower ping that would solve a lot of the issues, also people that have their ping jump from 30 up the 1000 should be kicked off the game because it does nothing for the game except for creates more issues.
