You won't get any benefits from a high refresh rate monitor with consoles, those are for PC gaming.
Not true. Depending on your TV, you could have a huge reduction in input lag, and at the very least 5 ms less (lowest TV input lag I've seen is 11ms, monitor's can be as low as 5ms), plus even if you're running 60 Hz games, you still get less motion blur with a 120 or 144 Hz monitor.
Higher refresh monitors have less motion blur even with 24 Hz content. Things are smoother in motion eitherway.
You'd have slightly less input delay as well as a lower chance of screen tearing
I have a Xbox One X with a Samsung 4k monitor, 60fps/1mm and it works pretty great compared to my 4k LG TV

@3:20 - I have had that exact same thing done to me in the first Black Ops. Emptied an entire clip of M-60 rounds(that's 100 rounds) into an on coming player, only to have that player knife me when i'm reloading. It's all thanks to the flack-jacket. It's OP in PvP. I once also hit a dude with every grenade an rocket that I had (at least 10 total) in rapid succession and the fucker(same player) still knifed me.

A triple collat is when you kill 3 people with 1 bullet. It's usually done with snipers since they penetrate
High refresh rate monitors are really only gonna be useful for PC gaming due to them not being stuck with only playing at 60fps. Depending on the monitor, either you'll still get the same 60fps experience when playing Call of Duty or 30fps experience of other games, or the game will get some frame upscaling to run everything at 60fps but at the cost of having you end up with some unbearable input lag, forcing you to set the picture setting to game mode, which just puts you back at the experience of playing on a regular TV. For example I have a 144hz monitor which allows me a smoother experience on my PC with higher, but when I switch to my PS4 on it, the experience is no different from me playing it on your typical hdtv. So in your case just stick with a nice 60hz monitor that won't make every single game run at 60fps, or better yet get an HDR monitor since your PS4 Pro supports it

like element zoro said, high refresh is only meant for pc gaming that can reach higher than 60 fps. no point for a console. you could get a monitor for a console with a higher response time though.

The last player had some sort of tracking, always hitting the same spot even when the other player was jumping at random times. No-one is that quick to re-aim.

I mean, that guy could have seen that box dropping from the sky for such a long time before the collision happens (maybe a good 8-10 seconds) and he still moved toward it. Cannot blame anyone but yourself after that XD.
Though i would be one of the guy to be upset about when you shoot a guy 5-8 bullets in the chest but the guy just keep moving toward you and instant kill you with the knife (and its not even a sneak kill)... I mean, if the guy wear armor upgrade/body armor, i would understand but when they dont, it just dont make sense at all.

I get why someone would react the way Doc did to Call of Duty's knifing, I know I did at first. But after years of playing it, I love it now. It's fun. It's just a fun mechanic although entirely realistic. Being able to run around just knifing people really can be a ton of fun so I'm glad it's only 1 stab to kill people. I loved running around in gun game stabbing everyone, because they'd get demoted and rage at me.
That being said, BO4 is the worst CoD, nay, the worst shooter ever made, and this is what Doc gets for playing this trash.
