Hi Mark! I love your videos, it’s Bushcraft mixed with humor. I found out about you from Andy’s channel. I was watching one of your videos a couple days ago where you were cutting down a tree with the electric chainsaw and then you cut to a scene where the tree smashes a house… I spit out my beer laughing! I like your solo camps, as well as the ones you do with Alan. I also like that you take the time to respond to those who comment on your videos. I've had a bad back since the 80's ,
The Chiropractor and Deep tissue massage helped me over the decades, You definitely have my sympathy, a bad back can really put a hold on everything including a good nights sleep, Get Well soon Mark 😊
Yeah it certainly has been putting a hold on things for me and I’m definitely not enjoying it but I’m on the mend 👍
Pup tents are hard on a bad back. I like the tent, though, and dinner looked great!

Careful now! You have to take care of your health especially as we all get older! A little pain is OK but you don't want to make yourself worse! Also snowflakes are beautiful but I got confused as I thought because of this comment there was snow!!

Good vid. Had back injuries many times. 50 years in underground coal mines. They seem to stay around for a long time especially when the coal was 24 to 49 inches high. Ouch. You take care of yourself. When you think it's well wait a while longer because it isn't
Yeah I fell into that trap thinking I was over the worst of it and it definitely come back and bit me so it’s just been a lot of resting since that camp .
Back pain is no joke! Hopefully it is just something muscular rather than spinal. Take it easy Mark.
Yeah it’s muscular and the doctor has put me on some pain meds for it

Glad to see you how every you need to let your back get back to normal. Dont push to get back before your ready we all understand about stuff happens . Maybe when you think your ready again keep it at you and the guys around the fire talking and drinking coffee or something but stay off the ground. Sorry im been a mother hen. Get better air hug.

Yeah I have no idea how I did it , went to bed fine and woke up in the morning in pain 🤷♂️ but I’m on the mend now 👍 . Hope yours is on the mend as well 👌

Get some ibruprophen to calm the Inflammation and rest up.
My hubby has a broken back (one of many issues) and I pull muscles all the time trying to compensate.
No fun getting older and it's took me 57 years to realise things take a lot longer to do now. Look after yourself so we can see more vids in the future.

I wish we had it growing along the side of the roads but sadly if we did here in the uk it would probably all be soaked in dog piss 😂 we get ours from grocery stores .
