Welcome back and in this video myself and Steve ( TheSteakDetective ) head out into the woodland for what turns out to be a very cold two nights wild camping in out Dutch army canvas tents . Andy from Kent survival also decided to join us for the last night we was there .

Hi , canned meats are still a main staple diet for most campers unless your constantly carrying your food around where its easier with water hydration meals , fresh meat is OK but you have to be aware of its eating time span .
Nice wooden cup did you make it yourself , its all bushcraft to me .

This is very true 👍 I've never had the hydration meals but they will have advantages for sure when hiking. The cup is actually made from recycled materials its called kupilka
The best dried backpacking meal is “Mountain High” it’s incredible with some really fancy meal packages. I always bring string cheese with me (which lasts forever in a hot backpack) and string it in as it’s cooking. Delicious.

My father loved fried spam. We would have it on a regular basis, when I was growing up. I would just about assume to gnaw on a sow's ear. LOL I really would like to get one of those tents. Unfortunately, I have blown my gear budget for the foreseeable future. How do you like it?

@@mdmoutdooradventures I shared this video with my husband and he loved it! He had a stroke about a year ago, so we can't go camping now, but we can enjoy it vicariously through your videos! My husband says that canned meats is the only way to go and he was familiar with that sauce. He had it in Finland where he is from! He said that you guys are eating all the good stuff!

Dont leave your toothbrush in the motel rooms in France, here in the states we have an urban legend that the cleaning staff put english speaking tourists tooth brushes in their jotsy and leave photos in your travel bag to document your demise after your return home post trip discovery. 😂
