This is a nice question - KP's stand on retrograde. I think a video lesson is needed. Until then ; prof KSK has mentioned to completely ignore retrograde in natal charts. But the retrograde planets can delay and /or deny an event in a chart horary. Retrograde cuspal sub-lord deposited in retrograde star-lord will deny an event in KP horary.
