Does Rahu and Ketu aspect 5,7 and 9 from itself, any planet it aspects the 5,7 and 9 does it also influences the houses those those aspected planets own. Say Rahu in the 5th aspect Jupiter in the 9th, Mercury in the 11th and Saturn in the 1st, so does Rahu influences with its aspects on Jupiter, Mercury and Saturn and also the houses Jupiter, Mercury and Saturn own like 2,5,8,11,3 and 4th as well?

Suggestion: In KP Astrology, since sublords are divided unequally, '27 nakshatras should also be divided unequally", like Vimsottari Dasha. This should give more accurate results, since logically, it makes sense. We may call this Vimsottari Nakshatra Paddhati.Ultimately, even 12 Rashis would need to be divided unequally, to get unequal Vimsottari Nakshatras. Then, no more classic KP, Stellar KP, 3 step, 4 step, CIL, etc type different KP sub-systems will be required. These sub-systems only try to involve all different planets so as to "justify" past events. They also cannot be efficiently programmed to get automated forecasts. Means human (mis)interpretations are always required and both learners and clients get confused...

Say Jupiter is transiting thru Capricorn and it is someone's 4th house, do you get the results of the star-lord that Jupiter is transiting thru or the original star lord per the bhav chalit chart?
For Libra asc. Jupiter will transit in 4th in Capricorn. The first star in Capricorn is of Sun and let us assume that in a birth-chart Sun is placed in 11th house , then you would read the result as: Lord of 3rd and 6th will be in star of Sun in 11th indicating that one would benefit and have gains, mostly related to govt. (Sun) by providing consulting services to the govt. or by making a small journey or through correspondence / writing. Of course, you have to take into account the sub-lord also. When Jupiter moves into Moon star then you might say (considering sub-lord is favorable) - One might start consulting business (Moon is 10th lord) or one might visit nearby places in connection with his service/business. A good time to take up any agency ( 3rd, 6th, 10th)

Say in original horoscope, Jupiter is in star lord of mars and sub-lord is venus. Today, it is transiting in star lord of Venus (P. Ashadha). So we get results of the star-lord that Jupiter is transiting in. But what about the quality of the result? Which sub-lord do I consider? Same as original horoscope? Thanks again for all your help. The recommended approach is this : Assuming a person is running Jupiter-Moon-Mars period that seems promising from property purchase point of view. Then the transit of Jupiter into Capricorn in Moon star and Mars sub with in the DBA would surely result in a purchase. Therefore transit has to be looked from a specific query and also the DBA. One has to note down the result planets are promising in the natal chart. Let us assume that planet SUN and planet VENUS in natal birth chart indicates foreign journey. When Jupiter enters Capricorn and moves into about 8deg indicating SUN (stl)-VENUS(sbl) zone would be the period to make a journey. But why Jupiter? Bcs the person is supposedly running any combination of Jup-Sun-Venus or Venus-Jup-Sun in DBA. Hence transit has to be linked to a DBA.

What you have mentioned is not applicable in KP astrology. There is not much room in KP for never-ending if-but-then of traditional astrology.

For assessing strength of Rahu and Ketu, we need to refer Bhab Chalit chart or Rashi Chart for Conjoined with, Aspected by and Placed at whoes house?
For Rahu-Ketu position look at the cusp chart; for rest look at the Bhav.
