*This movie is heavily inspired from Kalki purana, the sacred text of Hindu philosophy n culture where it is mentioned that Lord Vishnu (God) will take his final avatar to eradicate evil from this world. He already has taken 9 of his avatar. 10th one is yet to come. Here, Deepika is going to give birth to the God himself. As per text, God will born in a time where there will be Rise of evil n there will be scarcity of water n people will follow wrong path. Here, Amitabh Bachchan is playing the role of Aswathama, the cursed immortal soldier from Mahabharat (the epic history of ancient India) who is believed to help Kalki when he takes on evil. This movie will be of 3 parts. Here, Prabhas character name is Bhairava which is a name for Lord Shiva (the destroyer n part of trinity). In every avatar of Lord Vishnu, Lord Shiva plays the role of protector hence Prabhas will play the role of protector.*

Prabhas is not the one who will be the saviour,he is the selfish bhairava character who can end up in the Amitabh bachchan side from capturing dipika for supreme yaskin to protecting her at the end, it's the first parter of the kalki cinematic series ,kalki is not born yet❤
You should watch the trailer again to understand that,I also did but its a good thing to keep the people watch it again and again, trailers are made to be confusing ,some trailer gives a lot in the first watch due to slow pace but this one was perfectly edited 👍

You might've understood the trailer if you saw all the previous trailers and an animation mini series called Bujji x Bhairava.
And other explained some of the storyline. Also at the last part Prabhas has thrust powered boots which helps him to fly. And his car is controlled by an AI. So she can give perfect exit for Prabhas to fly himself. I thought the VFX was great throughout the trailer.
Much better than the light show called Brahmastra starring pretentious Super Star Ranbir Kapoor and the girl who yells "SHIVAAAAAA".
And I'm glad that you know this is a Telugu movie and not Bollywood.
Haha, I actually really love the VFX of Brahmastra. But yeah, the dialogues were disappointing. Maybe I'll do a reaction on the other videos for Kalki.
@@MissRealBolly vfx of Brahmastra is good. But there is no clear vision. It's just a light show. The projections of all the astras is not really unique. Felt like I have seen those kind of things in other projects mainly from animation. Other than the vfx the film has practically nothing.
The songs are ok but background music is average at best. Dialogues are shit. Except Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna and Mouni Roy all the other's acting (including the main leads) was cringe at several times.
The cut of this trailer is average. But Nag Ashwin's previous movie Mahanati is a national award winning movie. So this movie will be really great.
And please watch the Bujji introduction video and Bujji launch video. That kind of promotion is only seen in Hollywood. Also watch the character introduction of Amitabh Bachchan too.

Part -1 is kalki 2898 AD. Part -2 is kalki 3102 BC. This story starts from extreme past and ends at extreme future.

This isn't be a single movie
So in the end of part 1 all situations are ready for birth of Kalki Avatar(actual Hero)
And bharwa (prabhas) is a supporting hero of kalki
7 immortal are waiting for birth of lord Kalki for help and amithabh sir play a role of 1 in 7 immortal
But this is a new thing for you because you aren't familiar with Hindus religious texts specially bhavishya Puran( future book) but don't worry in first half hour they will teach about them

1) The city is Kashi it's in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh India, which is the Oldest and technically the 1st City of this world and going to be the last.
2) That opposite Pyramid shape thing is "Complex" there is no water left in the world except for Complex and it's beautiful from inside having trees and fountains and all. The main leader of Complex treats himself as a god is "Supreme Yaasin".
3) Kalki Avatar has not been born yet he's inside Deepika Padukone's womb, her name is Sau 80 (in Mahabharat mother of Kalki is Saumati and Lord Vishnu).
4) Prabhas as Bhairava is a Bounty hunter and he needs 1 million Units to live in Complex (Only Rich people can live in Complex) also Unit is the Measuring unit for the source of power to run the Nano technology they are using to run the weapons and the world (Unit is like Money 💰 for them).
5) As per Mahabharat we are in Kaliyuga and this movie is the end of this world Kaliyuga and a new world will start from here as Satayuga.
6) Ashwathama cursed by Lord Krishna and snatched his stone (Power source) during Mahabharat because he tried to unalive a pregnant women but in this movie by the end of Kaliyuga he got his stone back and he will save Sau 80 because she is going to give birth Kalki.
7) Bujji the A.I informed Prabhas aka Bhairava that a 5 star ⭐ bounty of 1 Million units can be received whomsoever catches Sau 80. So, Prabhas tries to catch Sau 80 to receive bounty to live in Complex and Ashwathama is trying to save Sau 80 and Kalki in her womb...

I will explain the trailer storyline in short
Deepikas character is pregnant who is carrying a lord kalki(Lord Visnu 10th avatar as per Hinduism mythology)
And Kamal hassan character(Kali) is after deepika for that child due to his own reasons
Which is why he kept a bounty of 1 million
Our hero Prabhas character is a bounty hunter whose aim is go to complex for which he needs 1 million
So he goes to get deepika so he can get 1 million bounty
And ashwathama character will be protecting deepika and her child so that child can born to destroy the evil
And then maybe at the end Prabhas might join forces with ashwathama after knowing complex people true evil nature
