I don't understand why I gag every time when I try to clean my tongue.
It’s a reflex behind the uvula according to experts it goes away the more you clean or get used to… I have the same problem …
You are more sensitive to gag reflex..try to take out your tongue as much as possible and then clean it..also first start cleaning the anterior part of your tongue and then with practice, slowly go to backside of your tongue sticking out your tongue as much as possible.
