The second string skipping diminished arpeggio is no joke even if you have medium sized hands. It's a big stretch.

Bro you gotta react to Paul Gilbert’s live solo in Tokyo 1991…..absolutely insane🔥

The solo section is very different than the one on the studio version. He plays it on his instructional video called The Terrifying Guitar Trip.

    Main riff : c lydian and e minor 6

Paul Gilbert and Buckethead are known to have hands that are far bigger than average letting them do stretches that would give you instant finger sprain

Two great guitar channels are Rick Beato and ‘Music is Win’. They are both great guitarists…

Ya it's c to e like you said. C has a f# since it's in eminor. A secret he has is palm muting hammerons...it sounds picked when you do it that way.

Fun fact : The rhytmic part of the solo is the same as Pink Floyd's comfortably numb's solo

I disagree. BH can play such a immense range of genres that it's ridiculous...

@@JamoZNL as far as Genres, Paul can't be put into a neat box either. He's always evolving.

Paul is a Absolute Monster…His Pinkies are as long as his middle fingers…He actually has a tour t shirt that says Fear the Pinkie…I would need 6 fingers on my fretting hand to even come close…Eddie is God so that must make Paul Jesus…

Try Tina S " For the love of god" by Steve Vai. I take it you have heard the original...
