As opposed to just metaphorically? I'm trying to understand the requirement for "literally". Was it used as just an additional word to bulk out an otherwise unremarkable sentence, or does it serve another definite purpose? I've noticed that many from the USA are copying each other by using "literally" in places it's not required, and serves to either erroneously alter the meaning of a sentence, or seemingly just to lengthen a sentence.
@@WhiteUnicorn82the word literally is meant to emphesise what is being said or done. It's not just a US thing, even in my language you can say you "literally did a thing", whatever that thing may be. It also carries the notion of disbelief and astoundment over the action. Like in this sentence it could be interpreted as "I can't believe the killer was as stupid as this knowing that his words could be used to criminate him".
@@WhiteUnicorn82lol i love seeing people who think they’re much smarter than they really are try to act like intellectuals. read any dictionary in the world and you will see that literally can literally be used figuratively

What surprises me most is that “Justice” was served.
It wasn't initially when the sentence was commuted. He was way too stupid
And it took the perpetrator being an arrogant idiot to get it...afterthefact
A few months later? Bro didn’t even get 10 years on death row. Justice was served timely!

It’s always the ones who plead for mercy from the judge, but they themselves showed no mercy at all to the victims!

that's how usually psychos go when they get it. They always are total crybabies when they have to face the music.
I never understood that, why is it that murderers sentenced to death always cry and beg not to die, but they never once think about how their victims did the exact same thing?
This guy had no right begging for his life when I'm pretty sure the innocent teenage girl he killed did the exact same thing, and he didn't even show any remorse for it!

Finally a story of our justice system working. I remember that kid popping up in the news. What a POS. The younger sister who survived is the one with the harshest penalty from his crimes and she didn't do anything wrong. Best wishes/vibes for that poor girl.
What a horrible tragedy for that family. Glad to see he got some real justice.
They LITERALLY tell you that ANYTHING you say CAN and WILL be used against you in court ...
He's clearly not a bright kid lol
Its that smart people dont end up in courts that much, when mostly stupid people do, that will then stupidly tell everything about how did they commit the crime exactly.

It's satisfying when the bad guy is stupid and just doom themselves.
You're a fool to believe that, life-sentence is nothing better than a death-sentence, so obviously he wrote that letter to provoke both the judge and the prosecutor, like obviously even a 20 IQ guy should know what the prosecutor could do about such a thing...But he still did it as a last thing he would be doing in his life that would give him both the satisfaction and achievement before he dies. This whole video is a goddamn exaggeration and karma doesn't exist, you can cross-check this with the fact that none of the people showed in the vid was actually him 😂

@@MarioB-us6um And yet he got exactly what he wanted to do and play the whole thing, see? "death" isn't the price that would make this equal. It’s actually not a true story because the guy was already tried one the case has been closed you can’t be arrested or sentenced for that individual crime again. The story tell needs to do more research before coming up with things. After you have been tried whether you are found guilty or innocent, you can admit to the crime walking out the room and they can’t do anything because they can’t try you twice for the same situation. Google his name and read the story. His dumb a** wrote letters to the Prosecutor and his then girlfriend admitting he premeditated the crime and sent naked pics of the dead girl to her mother. He withheld testimony on top of that, that's why there was another trial, he was sentenced to the electric chair and and after 10 years of failed appeals, electrified.
That is absolute fiction that he was executed within a few months. In EVERY state there are mandatory statutory appeals by the State and non-profit orgs that take years. This guy hurts his videos' credibility by saying this.
