it is so necessary to have more video on failures, rather than just showing one perspective of successful people, I really appreciate it . More videos on failures is must.
Absolutely!
It is same case as my son .
Never thought, an unsuccessful and incomplete story would be so inspiring
I was inspired too
I've had a similar experience in the past, This guy is smiling and sharing the challenging story. Hats off to this guy! You're a winner, brother. Keep fighting!!
Yudi J, This is perfect! I subscribed right away!
This is amazing, Yudi. I commend you for bringing up stories like these which shows the reality of the situation in the US. People like Ashish have no idea how much of an influence they have with videos like these. An amazing journey and a testament to his resilience!
It's all Ashish, I was amazed when he reached out wanting to share his story even though it wasn't glamorous.
Our goal was to make everyone feel that they are not alone and everyone goes through these tough times.
I loved this, very inspiring and motivating to keep going. EACH one of us is extremely capable, you got this.
A real hero.. bravo... wish u more success.. God Bless you bacche... you are an inspiration for many... You are a real fighter... 🎉🎉✌️✌️🙌
Wow, this interview was amazing! Ups and downs are part of the life but I really appreciate his efforts to come forward with his story and Yudi's platform to be open to all of us. I recently graduated and has been applying with no response. Got my resume checked but no issues there... one month and my unemployment clock will start. It's scary but I am hopeful too
You got this. Reach out to professors so you can save on those unemployed days if you are unable to get a job by then. But don't give up. I am rooting for you.
“Everyone has their own story” thank you so much Ashish! You are very inspiring, love your spirits!
Thanks for sharing, its an amazing story. Thanks for motivating and inspiring ❤
Great video and good information. Thanks for sharing.
Great video Yudi,
It really takes a courage to share failures.
Yes it does!
It needs special person to stand up and speak his unsuccessful story. Thanks buddy. All the best to you
Very informative interview. I wish him all the success
🙏
Great video! Thanks for sharing Ashish. Not happy with the title though. Waiting for the next video :)
Good to see you back buddy @yudiJ, thank you for sharing this, really informative, brave, and massive respect for Ashish and his determination
Thank you!
Amazing guy and love to see an unfolding story! I'm 28 and trying to switch fields completely. Imagine coming from a non-engg/commerce/science background, without any "corporate" experience trying to switch. Add in the job market condition, inherent ageism of recruiters and zero personal finance. Its a bloody mocktail. I can relate with Ashish's period of self-doubt and the question of 'what is going wrong?!'.
Hats off his positivity in every step of the way😊.
I agree
Thanks for bringing in such .. things where there were gud things to learn
Glad you liked it
Hey Yudi, these "non-glamorous" stories might not be that attractive initially but they are so motivating. Ashish's attitude is so refreshing.
Thank you for saying that, it does mean a lot.
As much as job expects the potential employee is expected to give more than the outcome and better prospects for the company to sustain. The clashes between employee needs and demands from work and the company expectations will not match most times. Resilience works best in these times and coming from a non-IT background at the age of 50 I still work and in management. Everybody wants to be the leader but never becomes one. We are just numbers to sustain and live. Good Luck A!
Please don't use words like unsuccessful stories. Success not just about a job or any monetary benefits. No one can define success.
True
Very inspiring Ashish! Proud of you for being able to share your story with the world!
🙌
Wow such an amazing story!
Thanks you so much Aasish for sharing it with us ❤
Glad you liked it
What an inspiring story!!! Keep smiling, keep hustling ❤
Thanks to Ashish
It's scary..but his resilience is lit
Yeah! I love his attitude
Man what a resilience. I went to northeastern university like him working for an employer since last 3 years. My H1b never got picked , going on day 1 cpt and try my luck 2 more times😢
You got this! Don't give up
@@YudiJ Thank you! Yudi😀
Thanks for sharing some real stories
very wrong title . success and failure cant be predicted in a period of time
Hi Yudi and Ashish, thanks a lot for making this video and sharing the journey. I have been in quite a similar situation and I can't deny the fact that this entire job search and the visa sponsorship scenario has been super challenging- emotionally, mentally and financially (somehow I could extend STEM OPT but no income for the past 2 years). All my 3 H1B attempts are gone, so right now being open to options like Day 1 CPT or H1B cap exempt roles with non-profits as well as starting job in India. I'm sure there are many students out there and I just want to say, self-doubt and stress is only going to worsen our situation. It is better to try different things and fail than not try which keeps me going. I will try my best till my OPT ends to not have regrets once I go back/ if I go to India. And every single person's journey is different so I request all to not compare themselves/ feel low. Seek help from friends + family. Also, only continuously learning new tools will build confidence for the interviews. Lastly, have faith and hope, that something better is waiting for you. Good luck to others in the process and just like me, Ashish and Yudi, lets all KEEP SMILING-KEEP HUSTLING :)
WOW! thank you for sharing this. I would love to have conversation with you when you are ready.
@@YudiJ Sure thanks Yudi, I also would love to share the experience to help other students maybe by July end or August, so I will have more idea on what next :) I have your contact number, so I will reach out to you. Thanks again.🙏🏼🙏🏼

Can we get to know the name of Consultancy he joined? Seemed to be a good one based on how he described it.
Reached out to him on Linkedin
Next time try book an appointment you will get live representative on call
For all fields are same like Forensic science jobs??
Great video Yudi!
I have a question about how did he managed to pay off the 1st master’s loan he took? Did he payoff or not? Because that’s a huge amount we take and come to US and paying it off is our first priority…
Good question! I am going to cover in the next video we are filming.
@@YudiJSure! Thankyou😊
Life Is truly a Tulip Garden
Deep
Lets go Ashish! ❤
Did the contracting company apply for the H1-B for him in the final attempt when he received it?
Yes
This man is motivation
He truly is
He got MS first then again MBA. So does this situation eligible for another OPT STEM extension?
No it doesn't
Good video 👍
Glad you enjoyed
Is it worth it to do MSBA from University of New Haven ???
If that's the only option then may be, what does the coursework look like?
Why would you call this unsuccessful. This is mere hard work, resilience and sometime luck.
Guys each and individual life is different. Kindly focus on what you want. We do not know what you have in store for you. Take care of your dreams and just achieve it with God's help. America is great country. Burning desire is very important to achieve. God bless u all
Hello Brother, i am studying in Btech third year right now.I am really passionate about studying Ms in USA not for just dollar or US tag,but to grab oppurtunities over there.I am planning to work for 1year and then move to USA.What do you say?I just want an honest and genuine answer please
Overall good thought, but there is more to that. Career clarity is something you should have, what is your ultimate goal, and then choosing programs based on that.
@YudiJ @YudiJ . Hi , my H1B lottery got picked up. it was applied by my consulting firm which was present in US. I hav 13 yrs of IT experience. The thing is , once H1B is approved and stamped, whether I need to come US and search for job? bcos the consulting firm will not help for jobs. So any suggestions. whether I need to quit job in India and come to US and apply jobs?
Come to sat live session on this channel 6am PST.
Sure Definitely Thanks @YudiJ
Hey yudi being an only child who is a doctor wanting to do residency in usa how do deal with elderly parents. Residency is a 5-6 year commitment where you get paid a stipend before you can become a board certified physician in usa. It takes about 2 years to get the residency spot in usa. So 6-8 year investment before s great career in usa but when i am about to reap rewards in usa my parents will start aging. How do i deal with this dilemma? Should i move? India is a struggle plus the ability to do research is limited. Any advice?
If you don't mind what's your parents age? and are they retired? You can possibly claim a dependent visa. It might be worth talking to immigration lawyer and get their advice.

Let go off your parents...Money is more important
Looks like The land of opportunies doesn't have much opportunities left
Yes or the opportunities have changed way too fast...
Market will hopefully recover.
How did he manage his finances 🙃
I really wanna know about that
Reach out :) to him
Bro USA me work bahut hai or jobs ve bahut hai
jobs for US Person. Not for “aliens”
@@sarthakhaldar9107 No that's not true... For everyone even alien. You just need social and work permit.
Did he paid of his loans after 1st masters
I will ask him in the next video
This is what you missed the cricket game for😭
LOL I am so sorry
Can I give you an honest suggestion?
Kindly dont 'hmm' and definitely dont do those proloooooong hmmms...they are really irritating and disturbing!
Best not to hmm when speaker is in the continuous flow...
i know this is your very old habit but its good only when you r with your closed ones in pvt setting not that good for a video...
i hope you take my suggestion in a playful way!
noted. Also check out non-verbal communication :) you will know more about why I do it.
Hi,I want Asish mobile no if you can. I am coming to Boston on 30th May& my daughter is there.
one big reason for his positivity is... his financial background... he look like a boy from upper middle class. no way a middle class boy could have taken it. no amount of positivity will help.
This guy comes from a middle-class family. He worked tirelessly while at university to cover his own expenses and pay bills. He landed well-paid full-time jobs, and the savings from those jobs are helping him get by while he looks for new employment. It's easy to comment on someone else's life when you don't know what they've been through. Trust me, it is his positive attitude that is keeping him sane and preventing him from giving up.
@@alvishapatel2201 you don't understand what middle class means... His whole game was about himself... He never had to worry about supporting his family... He had lones and graduated during corona (during mass hiring) he could have paid most of the fee in those 9 months. Everything mentioned is more of psychological war in his mind, the worst that could happen is move back to India and have a regular IT job... That is exactly what happened. He was not in worst case, he was just worried that he could not get the best. He learnt to move on. Worst case scenario are middle class people who has to suppor their family and come here with loan, can't secure a part time job or a full time job and move back to India... No amount of positive mind set will help them.
Could be, but it still takes courage to come forward and be willing to accept the reality and share it with the world. I do understand your perspective. I am from lower middle class family where my mom and dad would be having conversations of do we have enough money to buy food at the end of the month. So I know what you mean. But let's give him kudos to come forward so he could share the reality and what students will go through and its not all glamrous.
@@YudiJ Accha....Kya maazak he Lower middle class 😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣
