Our customer is not following our PPAP & APQP processes. I have been working for this company for last 4 yrs but i still do not know how to fill PPAP or APQP. This video is really helpful in that sense

PPAP is a part of APQP
Your PSW (Part Submission Warrant) is just a form you complete and submit
