One of the greatest baseball players a of all time.
@Chuck Taylor agree
@Chuck Taylor what did he do? I’m a new baseball fan
@@Jhart44 Steroids. if you’re a new baseball fan from New York, root for the Mets.
@@shanes.690 I’m actually a Diamondbacks fan and a dodgers fan, I grew up in AZ and now live in so cal
@@Jhart44 I’m a Rays fan and your Dodgers have a game lead over us right now, should be a good series. Best of luck.
I was at his final game on August 12th with some friends. The stadium was fucking ecstatic when he hit that double. It was like a World Series game. That week in my life and for many Yankees fans was a very emotional one. I still can't believe he had to leave like that when he was so close to 700. I'm gonna remember that moment forever, and especially that news conference. I was crying I just was so sad to see a legend announce his retirement ;(
That was suck for sure. He had potential to pass 700 homeruns .. No fair
it sucked that they didn't make the playoffs that year. I appreciate that he stepped down to let the younger players have more opportunity but it would have been fun as hell to let him try for 4 more home runs since they didn't end up doing anything that year anyway.
Even with steroids it still takes talent to do what he did and I'm a die hard Boston fan
David Castellani I'm a die hard marlins fan
You are absolutely right. He's the best Shortstop of All-Time in my opinion even though he was a Starting Third Basemen with the Yankees. People have to realize though that if the MLBPA didn't veto the trade that would have sent him to the Red Sox, he would have been a Starting Shortstop his whole career.
@@Jacobthekid28 And probably should have been on the Yankees, TBH. He was a better defensive SS than Jeter.
@@pjny21 Facts. But it's understandable that they didn't because Jeter was the face of the team
@MANCHESTER UNITED No one cares. Get a life.
Arod will always be my favorite player.
Cheated two times
@@AppleJuice-eo4gh who cares
@@AppleJuice-eo4gh just like your wife does on you
So talented, so strong so insecure of himself but one of the best players I ever seen. Never got Jeter's approval or friendship but he tried so hard to be accepted as a Yankee. God bless you Alex it was fun to watch you play
Just watched the Jeter farewell and now this... this one made me cry. one of my favorite Yankees. he made baseball GREAT 😢
Steroids can't account for the hand eye coordination for 3000 hits
MidN Music yeah they can increased muscle reaction.
it accounts for bat speed which is all hitting
@@tmangoodguy9921 Still, muscle reaction won't give you hand-eye coordination though...
2007 shows that he didn’t need PEDS
MidN Music danm right man! AROD is one of the best to ever do it hands down!!! You still got to hit that ball square! AROD was a stud waaaaaaay before the crazy contract he signed with the texas rangers! He’s an all time great in my book.
The best player ever, A Rod thanks for all the great moments, you are a no doubt hall of fame in the knowledge of real baseball fans, thanks for everything.
A-Rod is the most complete all around ball player in MLB history. A real 5 tool player. No player can do as much as he could. Only ones close are Willie May's, Griffey Jr and Roberto Clemente. Alex is still ahead of all or them.
I agree
My first jersey, my first favorite player, my favorite memory (homerun in Toronto at my first yankee game and the HR vs Joe Nathan in 2009), the best season I've ever seen (2007), what a career. HOF in my books
Watching this as well made me cry. A-Rod will always be remembered in the MLB League.
El mejor jugador que ha tenido las grandes ligas(opinión personal)
Watching this made me cry, Alex Rodriguez is one of the greatest ever steroids or not. Yankees shouldn't have forced him to retire...
It was PED for the last time omfg not steroids
+The PuertoRican Gamer isn't that steroids? PED= Performance Enhancing Drugs
+Nameless 1 no it's different
+The PuertoRican Gamer but they are similar right?
+Nameless 1 steroids is worse
Watching this i got goosebumps and a mix of emotions of both happy and sad. Arod rather you loved him or hated him was magnificent Legend with an incredible work ethic and fighting spirit. That nevered gaved up and gaved it his all every time in and everytime out... Greatest ever!!!
i love Derek Jeter and Alex Rodriguez they inspire me to keep on going ever day
Thank you Alex for the many awesome moments in Yankee stadium!
The best short stop off all time before I heard it from Pete
As a kid coming home from school waiting on the yankees game to start Just to see jeter & arod my favorite player was awesome! Thank you for the unforgettable memories! In my eyes you will forever be the best! 💪🏽👏
My favorite player of all time
Ur debut date is a couple years off but this is one of the best a rod videos I've seen keep it up
Awesome production quality on this video. Impressive tribute
Sucks he's gone, he would have hit 700 easy, should have let him keep playing, he will be missed, steroids or no steroids
Listen Taylor, you can sit there and pretend that A-rod would've sucked without roids and that none of his stats count because he used, but at the end of the day you know deep down inside that A-rod is the greatest player of the last 20 years ROIDS OR NO ROIDS and this video is proof of that and last time I checked his stats still count and will always count. You can also pretend that Big Papi wasn't a Steroid using, phone smashing, temper tantrum throwing FRAUD, but everybody except the brainwashed "Redsox Nation" knows the truth to that as well...
***** Don't matter what the corrupt commissioner says it only matters what the HOF voters think and big sloppys name is on the 2003 PED list and that is a fact (along with Manny). So ya the only HOF sloppy is getting into is the asshole HOF and again last time I checked A-Rods stats are still there and they are all better than that overrated frauds ;)
***** You are the DEFINITION of a dumb-ass. www.espn.com/mlb/news/story?id=4366335
Antwon Jenkins He wasn't told what he tested positive for, aswell as the many other people on that list from 2003. Just because they tested positive for a foreign substance doesn't mean they are immediately roiding up as these were newly implemented tests in the MLB making it unsure of what was allowed and what wasn't. David Ortiz didn't see any huge weight gain from his rookie season. He was always big in size this and the fact he vehemently denied using peds and didn't test positive for anything after makes a case for him being innocent in the hall of fame voters eyes. Maybe before you go on the comments and try to join the bs that everyone else is stewing. Do your research or search interviews of David Ortiz in the subject of peds. The only thing he remembered taking was things he could get from GNC, and their was a chance that Ortiz did not know every known banned substance as before this standard was put into place their was no ban on Steroids and many other substances.
Taylor Cole he will be a hall of famer since bonds and Clemens's son either get in this year or next
great video! alex rodriguez is a true mlb legend idc what you say I have the utter most respect for him and everyone should
Michael Speeney no, he lied about drugs. then got caught AND lied more before coming out
El mejor ,él mas completo ..
@@jorgedelgado8177 ahora busca los numeros de alex.busca el average como jugador. El que Barry ganara tres titulos de homerun no significa nada. Lo unico bueno de bones fueron las bases robadas
This is one of the best Arod videos I have ever seen.
Thanks for the memories as a kid in Seattle, Alex!
Thanks A-Rod I'm glad the I grown up in your era see you playing was my dream God bless you will be miss in MLB...
One of the greatest players ever. Easy hall of fame choice if the Baseball writers get off there high horse
Wrong...
Integrity!!!
he took performance enhancing drugs for MULTIPLE years. You must be high on your own drugs to be thinking hes going into the hall of fame.
@@gorgeous6737 Yet there are known steroid users in the Hall of Fame. Most notably, Ivan Rodriguez.
This man was amazing even before the scandal so it proves he didn't need it will miss this guy.
One of my favorite Yankees of all time and one of the best baseball players of all time. #Legend #Icon 🐐🏆
I'm surprised at how many ppl are commenting on how much A-Rod is so missed.. I remember seeing his "retirement" as a forced exit because the Yankees didn't want him anymore because he had made a mockery out of himself, the game, and the DH spot in the lineup. The entire league was through with him. On paper he is one of the greats. But let us not forget how sick of him we all were by the time his contract was up.
This video was amazing
Great video! I'm amazed by your editing skills keep these up and I'm sure ur channel will grow quickly.
+Superpumasrock Thanks! Means alot
The best player to ever play the game
ive been watching these from when u had 10 subscribers and i just wanna say great job. To A-Rod, hell of a career man and hell of a speech. i hope u do sign with another team for the rest of this season. *Nudge, nudge* "Blue Jays"
that is awesome that you have been with this channel from the beginning. Feels like forever ago i just started.
+Baseball Vault ya man. We talked before. i was the guy who said i was surprised that u dont hav more subscribers and views.
+Colin MacInnis yeah, i remember
if he goes to the blue jays I want you to shot me like an old race horse with 3 broken legs
+mitchdolphinsfan2 not to play him. use him like a leader or a coach
Still love arod tho one of my favorite players got his mariners jersey from the 90s still
I went to one Yankee game at the old Yankee stadium. It was April 26, 2005 against the Angels and Bartolo Colon (who won the Cy Young that year I believe). A Rod hit a grand slam, a 3 run homer, a 2 run homer, and an RBI single for a total of 10 RBIs. It was simply incredible.
You deserve way much more subs don't quit man..you'll get up there soon.
thanks so much man! I dont plan on quitting anytime soon, i really enjoy making these videos and showing them to the youtube community
I love this vídeo for Alex rodriguez
Amazing video
Alex Rodriguez will be in hall of fame and watch.he hit 696 home runs and over 2,000 runs batted in? That should seal his legacy
Right in the feels
You need to make a fare well with this music and power for Albert pujols when he leaves
This is so sick, I can't stop watching.
glad you enjoyed!
@@BaseballVault 5 years later and this still brings tears to my eyes
Eres Lo Máximo El Gran Alex Rodriguez
I’ve watched this twice...
really good job man
Thanks!
What a great and exciting player to watch. 2007 while he was with the Yankees, it was fun to watch him destroy the cover of those balls that he hit into the stands. To bad that Peds will be linked to him. I still think he is one of the greats.
Nice tribute man!
+Ronald Ortiz Thanks!
these are so awesome thanks for making an a rod one
Thanks, and you are welcome
thank you Alex thank you
LEGEND
As a Dodger fan, much respect to you!
Alex is the best and the most exciting player to watch.
Give all the parades you want to Jeter and the others less better than him but this is the guy that really made a difference.
AROD only (best ever)
Willie Mays, Ken Griffey Jr., and Alex Rodriguez are the best 3 all around baseball players in history.
Great video
Thanks!
The reason I played 3rd base growing up 🐐
This guys ability, love of the game, and knowledge makes him one of the best of all time regardless of roids
great video
+Otis L. Richardson Thanks
Best right handed swing of all time
I miss A-Rod !😢😢
The John Sterling call on Arod’s last career hit … still chills
The Best!🇩🇴
My favorite player ever 😢
My LOVE Alex Rodríguez
Greatest
Best ever A-ROD
el mejor dominicano 😢😞
G.O.A.T 🐐🔥🐐
Cried everytime
I think he ended up a class act. I also think that he shouldn't get into the hall. But I do think he's one of the greatest ball players ever, regardless.
steroids or not, you still put countless smiles on my face as a yankee fan. Thanks Arod.
Alex Rodriguez., Dominicano., el mejor el más de calidad
Love him
I'm not crying, you are.
that made me cry
Domican republic love you ❤️ alex Rodriguez uno de lo mejores

He will be in MLB hall of fame as one of baseball best players of all time
One of the greatest to ever do it, him and Bonds and Bonds should be in the HoF
Best player with or without steroids Jetet was jealous

THEMANWAPLAN you have some awful idols hahahaja
He definitely would of that’s why they didn’t want him to
Good video
thanks!
Best player of all time
miss arod he was truly great
Alex Rodriguez IS growing up in the 2000s. So many memories.. Idc what drugs this guy took he was incredible baseball player and i dont think he even needed steroids and he woulda been 1st ballot HOF. Him, Bonds, and Rocket Clemens are EASILY hall of famers. Anyone with a brain knows those 3 did not need steroids they were already super-talented
Man It would have been Great to see Griffey and Alex win a couple of rings together in Seattle.
best I've seen steroids or not hands down the man could ball first ballot hall of fame and the goat in my book, thanks for the memories alex.
diache alex te fuiste te estraño pero dios saves por que lo ases pero por una tonteria te fuiste eras un duroO por que no voy aseguir disiendo que lo es por que yha no vas avorver RD 😢😔
