Strawberry cake with a difference: much easier, faster and super tasty! Strawberry Slice I Tart

These strawberry tartlets are ideal: made super quick, it couldn't be easier and so incredibly delicious! Crispy puff pastry, vanilla cream and fresh strawberries, a little of your time and this irresistible dessert is ready. Our children don't want strawberry cakes anymore!
Ingredients for the strawberry slices
2 packs of puff pastry (275 g each, rolled out 40x25)
75 g flaked almonds
50 grams of sugar
For the cream:
400 ml whipped cream
75 grams of sugar
1 pkg of vanilla sugar
2 packs of cream stabilizer
350 g strawberries
preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
2. Roll out the puff pastry, cut into suitable pieces (12 for me).
3. Mix the almond flakes with the sugar. Brush the dough pieces well with water so that they are well moistened, then use a spoonful of flaked almonds and sugar mixture to spread evenly over the dough pieces.
4. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, until the pieces are golden yellow.
5. Wash, drain and slice the strawberries.
6. Whip the cream with sugar, cream stabilizer and vanilla sugar until stiff.
7. Pour the vanilla cream cream into a piping bag with a large star nozzle, spray the cream decoratively onto the pieces without the almond topping and spread the strawberries on top. Squirt on some more cream.
8. Place the pieces with the almond topping and optionally dust them lightly with powdered sugar.
