Hallo, haben Sie genau die Mengenangaben von diesen Video übernommen? Uns gelingt der Kuchen irgendwie nicht. Der Teig geht bei uns zu sehr auf und selbst nach 1 Stunde Backzeit ist der Kuchen innen noch flüssig und von außen verbrennt er schon etwas.

@@iostreamh ganz genau wie im Video. Nicht 1std backen sondern genau 35 min. Backpulver vergessen? Ich habe 2 Kaffeelöffel gegeben. Ohne Backpulver funktioniert es nicht

@@vwpassat2507 Nach 35min war der Kuchen bei uns noch sehr flüssig. 35min Ober- Unterhitze mittlere Schiene, so haben wir es gemacht. Vielleicht haben wir zu wenig Backpulver genommen (2 leicht gehäufte Teelöffel)... Weizenmehl Typ 405?
