Putting myself out there too on your behalf, I have served in the US military for over 20 years and I have had to dear with gender dysphoria for about 40 years or so. It is a battle that is impossible for true transgenders to win. So therapy and hormone replacement therapy are the way to go for most of us, including me. I am still serving and people will hate me because of this, but this is my body and my life. Been on it for over three months now.

Hey Jenny!, When I made this I had been on herbal estrogens for around 5 years and then switched to prescription estrogen and spiro orally for a little over a year (gradually working up to 4mg/day est. 200mg spiro). I started progesterone shortly AFTER this video and it has been pretty incredible. My face and chest have changed a lot, but it also has had an insane effect mentally. My dreams are more vivid and I'm WAAAAAyyy more emotional, like indescribably so! I do keep a transition journal if you're interested (currently still @brenninMorning1 pinned tweet & feel free to message me there) ✌️❤️
honestly probably not, especially compared to formal HRT. I felt like it was my only choice at the time though, and it did help me, so much.... But I did have some issues. My pinned tweet @brenninMorning1 is still my transition journal with all the details if you're really interested though ✌️💜
Only you can possibly know if it's the right thing for you. That said, if youre so not at home in your own body that you feel like a wraith, so barely alive, and so disgusted with your own body you struggle to find life worth living, or you think you may already be in hell because your not what you're supposed to be, or if the closer you get to 25 the more your body makes you want to vomit, or if the thought of losing the chance to ever transition sears your soul, then oh yeah, PLEASE seriously consider it. Gender Dysphoria is a brutal thing to live with if you don't do anything about it. There are also trans people without the level of dysphoria I had though too, who are also valid. Just try to be honest with yourself. And if hormone treatment isn't right for you, I think there's a good chance you'll find out very quickly. Ive also kept a transition journal (see my pinned tweet, @brenninMorning1) and if you see some major parallels, then yeah...... Hope this helps ❤️✌️
Well i always knew to some degree, but also really wanted to have a child (which HRT generally makes impossible), so did a ton of research and after making our child, ordered white kwao krua, aguje, and reishi online, but had health issues (of course) and started to go backwards transitionwise after a few years, so finally saw a doctor for real meds.
