how do you separate that glue from water we drink? Is there a chance that glue is getting dissolved in output water?

Glue is a polymer...I.E it's a chain of molecules. These molecules are larger than water molecules, and so they would get blocked by the filter if they broke down and tried to flow with the fluid.
