Yes I now that,but i have a 5ghz and 2,4 ghz adapter an i have router with wifi 6 5ghz and 2,4ghz and when I do to set de adapter to 5ghz my wifi does not aven apear and all of wifi disapear.Only 2 wifi appear. Can you help me please?

I don’t understand why there are so many tutorials where people have different options than me after clicking Advanced on Device Manager… How tf is my pc unable to connect to 5G anyway… I thought 5G was supposed to be good. What does dual band do?

Each band have their own pros and cons. To keep it short:
5 Mhz: Shorter range but stronger speeds.
2,4 Mhz: Longer range BUT lower power/speeds. Also, many other devices that use radiofrequencys may use the same band (microwaves, smart TVs, smart fridges, etc.) wich means 2,4 Mhz might be a crowded band depending on the case. This can negatively affect your internet connection.
