I had a back injury due to a muscle imbalance and I have always been an active person. So I was being active on inactive muscles leading to an injury in my thoracic spine. Foundation training has helped me over the last 3 years to turn on inactive muscles and pull my body into proper alignment and proper engaging of muscles. I tell everyone I know to do foundation training exercises. Very few follow through. But, I will continue to share and motivate others to take their healing of pain in their own hands.
