Band Saw Table Inserts & Table Ramp - Redesigned for Slicing Thin Segmented Rings

In this video I will be testing out two new accessories for improving the slicing of thin segmented discs using the Accu-Slice system on the band saw. Both of these concepts were designed using the Fusion 360 software and printing out of these accessories using the Bambu 3D printer.
I first redesigned the Band Saw Table insert by narrowing the band saw blade kerf on the insert and also designing a ramp in the table insert. This ramp will enable the thin segmented discs to fall away from the band saw blade during the slicing operation and not getting jammed up against the band saw blade.
The second design was a larger ramp to enable the sliced segmented rings to fall away from the band saw blade during the slicing operations. This accessory can also be used to slice longer boards.
