"Asiye" is a female name, "Oy Asiye" means a call, a shout. This song is a folk song sung in the Black Sea dialect. In the Turkish spoken in that region, words are spoken differently in terms of sounds. Just like there are different accents in US states. That's why it may have sounded different to your ears. Throughout the song, he laments by calling "Oy Asiye".

The story of this song: (1973) A woman named Asiye is deceived by her husband and Asiye is determined to divorce her husband. At that time, the person who filed the divorce case must pay compensation to the other party. Asiye sells the field she inherited from her father, pays the compensation and divorces her husband. Her husband faints and falls at the courthouse door. A man working in the courthouse sees Asiye and falls in love with her honorable stance. He doesn't get any positive feedback for six years, but he doesn't give up. they finally get married. The lyrics of this song were written by the man during the six-year waiting period.
This folk song became famous in the television series "Valley of the Wolves" about an iconic deep state in Türkiye. no one knew before.
