A house design for 200sqm rectangular lot. Can you please give me an idea with the house plan? A two storey house. I want an open concept living room, dining room and a kitchen with one bedroom on the ground floor, plus dirty kitchen, with pantry. A deep well (poso) at the right hand side of the backyard, laundry area at the back and a porch. Terrace in front of the main door, with just one car garage on the left hand side slight elevated and T&B. And on the first floor a balcony, masters bedroom with our own T&B, his and her sink, bathtub, standing shower,a nice walk-in closet, our own coffee station inside our room, small fridge inside our room, small sitting area inside our room. A big balcony in front and access with the balcony inside our room as well. Plus two more rooms if possible on this floor and another separate T&B.With a small backyard/patio. Color of the house is white and gray.
