YES. I DO have a recollection of Homer saying exactly that, then giggling afterwards in a similar manner to this clip. It wasn't this scene from S06E16 -- I recall this in a different episode. Guess we both could be misremembering. But then, it's kinda strange how this clip immediately sent me that same exact memory you had as well. That word was said infrequently on 1990's television, but it was still used a LOT more freely in mainstream comedy than it is today, so it's certainly possible. I'll be rewatching the golden era of this show on dvd very soon... I'll be back the moment I see this scene.
