- After being in development since 2018, the sequel to Apache by me and Lithifusion, Cheyenne has been a long and rough journey
btw the name is based on the helicopter not wyoming or native american tribes
being pretty much an entirely different level back in 2018-19, being abandoned, brought back in late 2020, basically reworked 3 times, and going through its fair share of development hell (this level is held together by pure rage), its finally finished, just in time for 2.2 lmao

When I first saw this two years ago, I didn't think I would ever be a part of this, it's surreal seeing it finally done and having been part of the driving force to break the infamous part 7 curse. I commend your dedication to finally finishing this, and I'm sorry I couldn't do more on my part, but in the end we won. It's finally done, thank you everyone, especially Josiah. It truly was an honor.

I love how Apache and this level both have an intense drop that switched back to a sweet melody near then end and I think the level captures it really well. I really like the color schemes and I like how the decoration really fills the screen. This is super awesome and I hope one day I’m good enough to beat this.

It's not too common that sequels are so much better than the original whilst also having such a clear resemblance to the original. I absolutely love this level and I am so glad it's finally finished.
So proud of the final result, our friendship basically started in that voice call with you me and chris, we roasted the crap out of the old cheyenne, I think those “critiques” ultimately resulted in you organizing a masterpiece, this level is incredible, glad to be a part of it, love you man

Well, bros we fucking did it. After about a third of our lifetime. The sequel that we’ve all been waiting for has finally blessed us with its reveal.
I still cannot believe I went through four fucking arcs of building a part for this shit. :)
after finding out about that, I couldn't be happier that I unintentionally left the section at the beginning of my part empty so you could make it into the final level

Apache was already the easiest 10/10 in the world, and this sequel does not disappoint to keep up the legacy of it at all. All the little details and references back is just incredible and it holds the spirit of Apache so strongly it’s unreal. Let’s just hope it gets it’s deserved epic this time!
