    Thank you very much missus, my life was basically falling apart because of the insomnia, but when I found the videos of Dr. Runko and started to follow the advises, it not just helped, but completely restored my sleep back. I'm very much grateful. Such people deserve all the best.

    I had insomnia for 5 years now and I just quit all hygiene products 2 weeks ago and my insomnia went away

    Can you address the sheer panic and terror and chronic pain brought on by progressive muscle relaxation? Is this normal?

    how do you follow Sleep Restriction without "looking at a clock"???? and how do you know, within your sleep window, how much time you're actually sleeping without looking at a clock????

      I totally feel the same way, I can keep from looking at the clock for maybe a couple hours but that’s it. How is your sleep now? I hope it has improved, even if slightly

      this is late but the only way i have found to do this so far is to use a sleep tracking watch like a fitbit or something to auto track sleep times its not 100% accurate and it might be uncomfortable to wear to bed but you dont have to look at it
