I remember someone saying that if you get your horse in a confident mood by encouraging them to train, they'll get their skills up faster. I haven't tested this myself.
if you switch around your little animals and cows and lamas so the little animals are next to your crops and greenhouse then they can help you with your gardening, i know its weird but its kind of cool, maybe you could fence it off so they still have their own area but really they can go through?
You can name your chickens Brownie, Vanilla, chocolate or pancake(s)

So I’m kind of obsessed with the let’s play and I would really love to see more selling/breeding of the horses! Firefly or River need to win a Master competition so they can have a foal with the Champion gene 🩵
Even though I have only been able to play with horses in The sims 3; I try to go through a systematic method when training horses by training for running first, and then train them for agility and jumping, But say if I was going to play with a horse in the sims 4, I would try to maximize my Horse's endurance first, then get him/her maximized for running, then work on his/her max agility, and then get it ready for jumping, and if I stay with each of those one at a time, then I would be guaranteed to win more first place awards from racing competitions, the higher the training level the more comfortable the horse will be in the face of a million fans, that and a set of better traits for a racing horse: Brave, intelligent, and either energetic or mellow. In fact, I would say that mellow horses are better suited to western pleasure than the energetic ones. I think I would make my horse Brave, energetic, and mellow.

Someone said that the community board is causing glitches with the ranch hand coming every day. Remove the community board.
I got rich from pitaya plants and nectar making :)
Maybe just have the glass walls for the Green house but delete the floor tiles, that way you could just free-plant your crops and leave the planters and pots out of the equation, and you could use the extra money for something else.🍲4 your 💭s❔
It is always annoying that half the sims your sim meets always want to slink off somewhere before you could get a conversation going, I have run into that kind of trouble a few times too.
