Building Tips:
1. Use the cheat console by pressing Ctrl+Shift+C
Input Cheat Codes:
bb.moveobjects
bb.showhiddenobjects and bb.showliveeditobjects Once you have activated this cheat enter DEBUG in the search bar to bring up the objects. Objects exist in build & buy mode.
2.To avoid a grid when placing objects, all you have to do is select an object and press the ”ALT” keyboard button. While holding that button, you can move around your selected object anywhere, as long as it doesn't touch another object or a wall. You can also rotate objects for 360°
3.Press the Right Square Bracket Key [ to size up an object and the Left Square Bracket Key ] to size down an object.
4.The object will move up incrementally, so keep hitting 9 until it is at the height you desire. To lower the object, press 0. If you have your game set to “Sims3” camera controls, you need to hit CTRL+9 and CTRL+0 at the same time.
Duirng the construction I've used TwistedMexi's T.O.O.L. mod for more convinient object rotation, but you don't need it if you're going to download the house.

We really need elevators that can be used on any lot, and not the cheap kind that just portal your sim from one floor to another. Imagine this beautiful build with working elevators!

I have a question about the SIMS. I looked into it a couple years ago but I'm not really interested in babysitting avatars in that respect. I love the builds though. My question is, can the "sims" or people go inside these builds and move around, interact, from inside and not like a top down observer sort of way?
I mean more like second life and open sim where you operate the avatar and can build similar environments and make them interactive with no particular expectation to do anything. Vs what SIMS seemed to me, a game where you can build great things but mostly props, can't do anything with it, and the people have to be fed, clothed, raised, all that.
What can you actually do in any of the builds or are they basically reeeally spectacularly gorgeous props?

omg such an amazing building, your constructions always make me wanna play ts4 so bad!! does anyone know if there's a mod that allows this restaurant she built at a rental lot to be functional? I thought about littlemssam live in business but it not includes restaurants :((
I think it still work? multi functional lot is something that sims team should add instead of kits.

The building is beautiful but there is nothing to do in here, only sofas and chairs and armchairs and lots of lamps indeed to find the endless quantity of sofas.

I created this building more for aesthetics. I aimed to convey an atmosphere of luxury and opulence. I can imagine romantic dates or business meetings taking place in such a setting, or a businessman staying in this expensive complex while on a trip. However, I'm curious to know what you would like to see in a similar build and what you feel is missing? 🥰
