People seriously need to put their Ego aside, I was always told by My Parents when i first started Driving prior to Driving School, "never ever fuck with 18 Wheelers, they will plow into you and go away from it with Scratches and turn your SUV into a Compact, you are a Speed Bump to them".
I drove 18's for many years; we try hard not to hit you insane drivers, especially the Insurance Fraudsters. You are why we have dash cameras, now. I had two obvious ones in 20 years, but had to hit and push one attempted High-jacker off the road completely. He jerked over in front of me on highway I-94 coming South out of Milwaukee and tried to get me to stop in the slowest lane, with 4 guys in the car. I got stopped behind him, then 3 of the passengers jumped out and came back towards me, they jumped on my truck and one had a pistol, but he fell off when I ran into the back of their car, and another car ran over him. Then his buddies ran back to their car and left his body. Don't AXE me what race they were. The highway patrol told me it was happening all over that area. Good thing I always lock my doors. No ticket, no charges.
When you see that arm come out of the window, "douchebag" is confirmed.

that be hard to do they always on the road u never know where..... i say they sure be found there plates sure ID who they are also the sure be ticket & lose there license to drive for 5 years & they sure go back to driving school if they bitch they dont want to & drive without a license then banned for life

Brake checkers suck, but truckers camped out in the passing lane suck even more. The “I was going with the flow of traffic” excuse is BS. There is no “flow of traffic” in the passing lane. It’s called a passing lane for a reason, to pass.
Not to mention that the 4 wheeler didnt swerve into him deliberately. He was going to switch lanes in front of the trucker until he saw the white vehicle, so he swerved back into his own lane to pass him on the right as well.
@@vickirogers4565 The 4wheeler absolutely did swerve into him deliberately. There is NO way he could have failed to see that white vehicle LONG before even attempting his swerve. 100% intentional, not a shadow of a doubt.
Also, if you're going even 1/10 of a (k)mph faster than the cars in the right lane, you are technically passing them. If the car behind you is unhappy with the length of time that will take, well, that "sounds like a you problem." It's still legal. Suck it up, princess. Other people have rights too.

Legally ... is that the part where the other car cut the cammer off, or is it the brake check? Which was the legal part of what that car did? Oh, wait, nope, none of it was legal. Also, I didn't see any high-beams until several seconds AFTER the offending car slowed down to an illegal speed on a highway. THAT is what the high-beams got used for. Maybe you should do what I did, and rewatch the clip half a dozen times to be sure of what you're seeing before making your comment, yeah?

The amount of these that are a direct result of the cammer's camping in the left lane for reason is enormous. Pro tip: the speed limit has absolutely nothing to do at all with whether you should be in the left lane. You can be ticketed for impeding traffic and speeding at the same time and it will hold up in court. Get out of the left lane if you are not passing. And if you're a trucker, stay out of it if there's even a whiff of traffic within a mile behind you on a 4 lane road.
Or the trucks that take 6 miles to pass another truck because they are speed governed. They move to the left lane at the last minute cutting off a car. Or two trucks rolling side by side playing traffic cop,
Lol ya that's not how it works but can see why you are often on the receiving end of the brake check. Trucks have just as much if not more rights to using the passing lane than you do. Does not matter if they are going 1 mph faster than the traffic they are passing or it takes them 20 miles to complete the pass. No being fined for going to fast and impeding (ie going to slow or holding up) traffic would not even make it in to the court room as they are totally opposite of each other and you cannot be charged with going to fast and too slow at the same time. Also you can't be charged with impeding traffic if you are going the speed limit. Facts is you don't have any expectations of anything more than doing the speed limit and if you are choosing to break the law then you need to understand that you don't have any leg to stand up and complain about people in your way. Slow down to the legal speed limit and if you should find yourself behind the occasional one who is not going the speed limit pass them properly it's simple as that
@@claytoncoolidge992 that’s not entirely true. In some states like Georgia it is illegal to impede traffic in the left lane regardless of the speed limit. I lived in Georgia when they passed that law. I was surprised that it didn’t matter if the person was doing the speed limit or not. If the driver following you wants to go around the slower driver is supposed to move over or police will ticket the slower driver. Weird I know but it’s a law in Georgia. Not sure of other states that have that law.
