I watch so much on here about cleaning and decluttering and I love how you would say “I just used what I had” you look like you have a beautiful home and family and I thank you for being real! Just a couple suggestions 🤷♀️… try a tall laundry basket for your rolls of gift wrap… also maybe pickup one or two of those battery operated push on lights for the far end of your storage closet.. Feels sooo good to finally get those kinda jobs done 😊

You could solve your pillow obsession if you would buy pillow covers. You could have covers for every day of the week and every holiday. Amazon has some great ones!
Yes, that's what I do. Just buy a few good quality pillows and change the covers out. Ikea has a great variety as well. I find it so wasteful that they sell the pillows as a whole, where you cannot take of the cover. Guess plastic (polyester filling) is still too cheap.

Reduce the amount of cushions/pillows and just keep all the covers. Can swap the covers as needed
As always your house always makes me wanna declutter and organize. For your wrapping paper get a standing tote to put them in. Saves space.

I don’t even wear makeup every day, so I definitely had wayyyy to many products that I wasn’t even using!!
Handy tip to save Medication going to Landfill return it to your Local Chemists who will take it and get rid off it the correct way. I have the vac bags it was called vac and go a travel one and i used the Pump connected to the UBS Charger on my laptop and it made my duvet really flat. My stick Hoover has a funny end so let's air out. Thank you for the Decluttering video has pushed me to do the Loft as we are having a New Roof put on Right before Christmas. The loft has to be Empty and just put plenty of stuff up there out the way. More Decluttering videos please i love those Videos.
When we were kids our storage under the stairs was very similar to yours, the first part we used as a pantry and the back we had it full of blankets and stuffed animals , lamp and a nice pkace to chill....we loved it .

If you have a glue gun you can put blobs under each corner of your containers let it cool down. The glue dots stop the containers slipping
I always need to write down what I throw out to get another otherwise in my head I have it but forget it expired and threw it out the worse when you need it lol

Can you buy melatonin over the counter there? I’ve recently had to get a doctors prescription for my daughter as she has autism and has a hard time sleeping but I’m so frightened to give it to her! I’m in the UK
I’m Canada it’s over the counter.
Yes we can here in the states . However my son sleeps terrible on it and has nightmares . When I would give him melatonin gummys he would wake up all night over and over . He's 5. Just something to look out for if u try it for ur kiddo .

My parents always had theirs in the linen closet growing up. I have a few things in the kitchen but mostly everything is in my bathroom cabinets.
I applaud your decluttering and organizational efforts, but as a mother of 5 and grandmother of 6, I have several safety concerns. At the walk-in closet (12:39), the cubby shelf unit doesn't appear to be secured to the wall. Your two youngest children could find that tempting to use as steps to the supplies on the upper shelves: plastic bottles of paint (18:36), light bulbs (18:42), Play-Doh, yummy! (18:54), sharpened pencils, cleaning supplies, etc. If the unit is not stable, they could possible pull it over on themselves. Please look at that from your kiddos' point of view (their eye-level) and remedy what you can see as potentially dangerous. Carry on, keeping their safety in mind, first and foremost!

You should just get rid of half or all of your pillows.
I know you talk about your throw pillow problem. But as an og viewers when you just had aria. Way before you found out and announced Nolan. And I know that you changed to just buying covers and so you will over time get rid of more and more and your not still adding to the problem. You have already fixed it years ago. Just give it time to kick in. Also. In Australia the bags your using are called vacuum sealed bags
