The more Guru interacts with fighters you can see him slowly devolving into Ariel, afraid to say how he feels about anyone he’s talked to because it burns bridges or he has to answer for it now.
No Ariel makes sneak disses and is a snake towards fighters like he was with Buckley. He doesn’t just keep it to himself.
That's been my worry since the Dricus interview. It's doubly worse since Guru craves attention and would accept an interview with any ranked fighter.

Anthony Smith never supports Poatan, gives negative criticism or questions the Brazilian when he is a commentator at the UFC or TNT Sports table. When it's McGregor, Ngannou or Adesanya, it doesn't matter if there's little or no grappling. But Alex is annoys some ex-fighters who are commentators! He achieved in less than 3 years what they dreamed of for a lifetime in MMA. Speally Smith - he's as salty as Adesanya, but never even reached close to Izzy or Alex. Glover Teixeira punched a bunch of his teeth off 😅
Pereria’s grappling is underrated by these salty nut huggers. His offensive grappling technique is pretty god awful, but his defense is relatively good. Especially for someone who has been training in predominately striking his whole career. He uses his frame really well to post on people when he’s on bottom, and he’s strong enough to explode up. The only problem is what will he do when someone is able to get his back and sink in hooks. Will he be able to stay calm and fight hands? I think so, but only time will tell

Personally, it'd be great to see Pereira get at least 1 sub before he calls it a career. Of course, it should be because the opportunity happened to present itself, not as a result of him deciding to grapple over striking just for the hell of it.

I love Roundtree and think he's a really good fighter, but based on what we've seen thus far - he's not an elite LHW. I mean - he's got great stand-up but has poor td defense and wrestling. he's also been very inconsistent as a fighter. One he looks good in, and then the next he tentative and seemingly incapable of closing the distance and landing shots, (like the Jacoby fight for example), which is something he's gonna have to do alot of against Hill. The reason for that is the fact that he's really too short and not long enough to take on alot of the other elite LHW's currently, including Hill.If he is too hesitant and doesn't take the initiative to close the distance Hill will just pick him apart at range. For all these reasons I'd normally pick Hill by a landslide, but I think it's too quick of a turnaround after being flash ko'd literally three times in a matter of a few seconds by Poatan. Which is why, even though i still got Hill winning, I think Khalil has a decent shot at winning this. Never knew that there were so many Khalil haters out there, he's one of the most entertaining fighters in the UFC currently and one of the most genuinely nice human beings of the planet. Weird
