From one doctor to another Abby is worthless as an educator. I have a Ph.D in metaphysics and a D.Div. I would never bench a kid because of a parent. I would start a new fee structure for parents who want to cause problems but that’s my way of actually holding the right people accountable

I used to think that Abby only treated Holly & Nia rudely for the show. Now, I'm convinced that she's intimidated by Holly & feels the need to put her down by aiming towards Nia. Whenever they argue Abby gets on the defensive & takes her remarks too far. She barely even pays attention to Nia. I hope Holly leaves the first chance she gets... she and Nia deserve much better.
T. Point 0 this is SUCH a late comment but I really agree. Holly is a strong, independent women who is extremely smart while Abby is always falling back on anyone who would possibly defend her, and even then only says schoolyard insults. Holly will always be the better person in a fight between the two even if she tried to let Abby win

To me I look it as a racial thing cause she has made several racist remarks not only towards nia but holly as well I even called Abby out on it on Instagram and she blocked me for it everything I said was true you can’t talk to no black women like that .
Funny part is Abby definitely wouldn't like to hear from me because not only would I call her out for racism but first I will call her out for horrible dance instruction. Go later to Loriann Gibson & Sheryl Burke on how much improvement they had with them over the time with Abby. the reason those girls could get jobs is those two ladies and not Abby.

That was one of the most classy fights that's ever transpired on this show! 😂🙌🏾👌🏾 Huge props to Holly because this is how *mature arguments* (Not "full-on fights" like some of these other moms have stooped down to) are SUPPOSED to be! 👍🏾 Only with words, not fists! Only the educated, capable and compassionate can use words like Holly to handle arguments calmly, admirably & properly that leads people like that A*by L*e to walk out the room! 👏🏾
It’s about temperament not education. Holly is a much calmer person because that is who she is.
abby is jealous of all the other mothers. abby thinks all the girls are her biological children because she can't have kids. abby is jealous because nobody will be with her. abby is jealous that the girls can dance because she can't. abby is insecure, disrespectful, egotistical, and low class. abby does play favorites and she only wants maddie and mackenzie she could care less of any of her other students.
But b4 Mackenzie's music career she didn't care. I think the only reason she does now do she can Become famous through Mackenzie

Abby ALWAYS pulled Nia's solo when Holly got tough and talked her talk. Kelly used to say way worse things to Abby, and Christi and even Kira, and their kids never got benched. I'll never finish to understand why.

At the end of the dance sessions, it's the MOTHER'S choice to put their girls with someone like Abby, regardless if they're getting paid or have contracts, you know that this woman isn't a conventional teacher, she's insane. So while they can complain all they want, they new what type of woman Abby is.

You guys know that Abby will pull the plug on the kids dancing if you argue with her. So why didn't you wait until after the competition to show the board. Holly and Christi you knew what you were getting into after the 1st season, but you went along and enrolled her any was. You want your kid on the show, so you keep going back and keep complaining about your kids not getting this part or that part.

Actually, they didn't sign up every year. They have said in the past that they are under a contract, and were to stay for 4 years before the contract expired. So parts of this scene are obvi fake
Not Christi and Chloe. They didn’t sign up to take class in the year season 4 aired. They were kicked out for refusing to sign a contract that is unfair and unhealthy, but they didn’t get kicked off the show so it made Abby’s mission to be mean to them so they can be out of her life. At that same year, Abby was helping studios in trouble and it disgusts me that at the same time she is also verbally abusing and bullying her own students.
i’m 5 years late bc going through another dance moms era in my life 😭 but I feel like her comment about them knowing what they were signing up for every year could refer to before the show started since most of them danced with her since toddlers. Even with Jill and Kira, they both seen the show before signing their kids up

They did get to dance the number but when they went to do it the second time they got disqualified from scoring because they lit an actual match. Lifetime just probably told Abby to say she pulled it to create Drama and avoid the fact that they got disqualified.

Abby treated these kids unfairly and with disrespect. Dance teachers are tough but if watch the whole show, Abby’s teaching methods are anything but teachable. It’s downright horrific.
Nia is the only one who gets her solos or dances stripped from her when Holly confronts Abby. And Holly never screams at Abby either. When has Chloe or Kendall lost a solo? I can't think of any occasions.
Notice on the board that Kenzie got the least screamed at and Kendall got the most screamed at 0:55 Least to greatest. Kenzie 7, Nia 10, Chloe 13, kendall 17, **Technically Maddie is the least screamed at

In a way yes. However what Abby isn’t right about is the treatment and her dishonesty. When they signed the contract, it was a trick to stay on the show. Additionally Christi and Chloe were kicked out of ALDC for regular dance in season 4 because they refused to sign a contract and I didn’t blame them. It was highly unhealthy and unacceptable.

Idk how these mothers put up with Abby all those years and let their kids be verbally abused by her! A good teacher is a mentor to their students and is untuned to their emotional needs! I’m not surprised the girls as young adults are having emotional and psychologically problems of lack of confidence, self worth and insecurities. They were abused by Abby! Bad teachers can leave a scar on their students

Well there was one episode in season 6 where the producer said the girls couldn't be on camera unless their parents are with them. I kinda call BS on that though because there have been plenty of times where the girls have been on camera alone.
