Yep 💯. I was a competitive dancer. Peyton’s age group 14+ is generally a dancer’s prime and Peyton is obviously very talented.. I’m certain that the senior group dances even better than the juniors. However, the younger girls had the reality show. That is literally the only reason Leslie made a national fool of herself by begging to be on that team. Every time she says “team” replace it with “TV show” in your head. Disgustingly money hungry. She’s correct about the mind games taking a mental toll on the kid.. but it’s her own mother who’s abusing Peyton, not Abby.

Yep 💯. I was a competitive dancer. Peyton’s age group 14+ is generally a dancer’s prime and Peyton is obviously very talented.. I’m certain that the senior group dances even better than the juniors. However, the younger girls had the reality show. That is literally the only reason Leslie made a national fool of herself by begging to be on that team. Every time she says “team” replace it with “TV show” in your head. Disgustingly money hungry. She’s correct about the mind games taking a mental toll on the kid.. but it’s her own mother who’s abusing Peyton, not Abby.
Abbey was the most level headed I’ve seen her in that first clip. She was calm and gave Payton’s mom a real and reasonable answer lol.
fr like her being in that team wouldve made no sense cuz abby was right, payton was way too old and danced too maturely for that group, it wasnt a good fit, and leslie yelling at abby because of that to me was insane cuz abbys reasoning was the most valid thing ive heard come out that ladies mouth in a LONGGGG time

She did dance with the seniors, she has a video on CZcams where she talks about the whole experience: summed up its the producers that wanted Leslie on the show because she wasn't afraid of arguing with Abby, Leslie and Payton didn't actually want to be on the show, and after their time on the show Payton stayed and graduated from the ALDC
