Thanks for the update Capt Tinsley, good info on how you & boat are doing. Question, is coastal property less, more, or the same between Florida or Alabama. Here in our NorCal SF East Bay 4 folks on our block are moving to Florida. Do hurricanes hit Alabama as much as Florida. With everyone moving we’re wondering are we missing something here on the west coast.
There is a difference in price. Firstly, property tax in AL is about a third of the cost in FL. However, FL has no state income tax. So depends on your situation. As far as property, are you looking for Gulf Front property? We have houses and condos. Would love to have a conversation with you and find out what you might be looking forward r a d I can give u an idea on pricing.
And yes, we get our share of hurricanes!
