Although I trust the product's reliability and brands good reputation. For a guy like me used to a double post lifter this is quite scary.

It really is quite stable considering its a single post and mobile. If you wanted further reassurance while working on a car we also sell high (up to 7ft) axle stands you could pair with this lift.

How do you get out of the car after you drive over the platform?

Rob Kelly Hi Rob. Thanks for the question. I presume your car is left hand drive, not that this matters. The single post lift can lift a car from either side.
or you could park your car, get out and then push the lift underneath it.
