so great that they shot this as an homage to Godard and the like. Here we are in 2022 and all of that is lost, stuck in dumb winning. Thank you for the music
Left the vagabonds A trail of stones Forward to find my way home Now as the air grows cold The trees unfolds And I am lost And not found And who knows And who knows And who knows Now left the vagabonds A trail of stones Forward to find my way home Now as the air grows cold The truth unfolds And I am lost And not found And not found
years later I’m here to listen to this beautiful piece again ❤️ reminds me of my youth, how fragile and innocent I was. I also remember I fell in love with its live version ❤ such a good song!
Left a bag of bones A trail of stones For to find my way home Now, as the air grows cold The trees unfold And I am lost and not found And who'd know? Left a bag of bones A trail of stones For to find my way home Now, as the air grows cold The trees unfold And I am lost and not found
It's been a long time I discovered Beirut and since then somehow it makes me think they are an italian band. all of their songs reminds of Italy even though I have never been in Italy . I don't know how and why.
I remember listening for the first time ever when i was in high school, was the only one in the class that grew taste in alternative music while the others tended to like reggaeton, pop and overrated rock music.
If you slow this this down (letting the pitch change, you'll need a program to do this as youtube preserves pitch while slowing down) Its sound really awesome, especially the end part ( 2:12 - 3:21 )
I listened to this band when I thought I'd never fall in love, live my life, grow up. Now I dance to it with my children and love it all the same.
This comment was beautiful to read, thank you.
What a beautiful thought. I feel a very similar thing when listening to this bank.

Escutando essa música em 2024, relembrando de mim mesma quando conheci Beirut, no auge da minha adolescência. Tantos sentimentos ♥️

Why this masterpiece is so underrated?
I could watch this clip a hundred times and I wouldn't get tired. how beautiful and special it is. Thank you Beirut.
is about 13 hours i have it in loop and still not tired of it =)
Beirut is so underrated... By the way one of my favorite songs EVER.
Sometimes is better than a band be underrated, I believe they have built an índice style and It's better they continue with this style.
This band is a rare find. You need a taste in music to like their songs and it is rare.
So so under appreciated but fans of this band all seem to have interesting, eclectic taste.
so great that they shot this as an homage to Godard and the like. Here we are in 2022 and all of that is lost, stuck in dumb winning. Thank you for the music
I can hear this song 1000 times without be tired.
Left the vagabonds
A trail of stones
Forward to find my way home
Now as the air grows cold
The trees unfolds
And I am lost
And not found
And who knows
And who knows
And who knows
Now left the vagabonds
A trail of stones
Forward to find my way home
Now as the air grows cold
The truth unfolds
And I am lost
And not found
And not found
Thank you Beirut for exist and make my day so much better when I listen your songs!!!!!!

De las mejores canciones que he escuchado en mi vida.
Left a bag of bones
A trail of stones
For to find my way home
Now, as the air grows cold
The trees unfold
And I am lost and not found
And who'd know?
Left a bag of bones
A trail of stones
For to find my way home
Now, as the air grows cold
The trees unfold
And I am lost and not found

Good old Europe...
No, by "good old Europe" I mean Europe without multiculturalism.
a?...What do you mean?
Tom Fijałkowski Europe was always multicultural.
I remember listening for the first time ever when i was in high school, was the only one in the class that grew taste in alternative music while the others tended to like reggaeton, pop and overrated rock music.
