Thank you again for your super nice Chanel. This video probably needs one follow up.
I done 10 IM, the last one in Kona 2023. My budget for competitions is much lower 2024 , and even my motivation for more IM. Actually if I could choose I want to do Kona again. It was really amazing.
Anyway, it will be Olympic distance and Middle distance in Sweden this year.
But what really tickling me is that kind of event as Mark and James did in Wales, three peaks and bicycle between. They really inspired me.
In my hometown in Skellefteå , we got something that they call Top 10. It’s not the 10 highest top and actually they are low , from -around 55-400 m over the sea level. But all of them got one story to tell.
I will not do them all in the same day but between 2-3 depending on which part of the town they are located.
I don’t need to chase the sun. The sun never go down in June. ;)
I will let this private event be a part of my training. //Marie-Louise

The days off are personal not everyone is equal. The older I get the more days off in a month I need to recover.

eat home cooked food, avoid eating out. i found that worked wonders 4 me. 1 can better control how much protein & carbohydrate 1 ingests + the type of cooking oil 1 eats when eating out, even in the nicest of restaurants, can b likened 2 gutter grease!

This is really serious issue, people were healthier and less obese when even fastfood restaurants were using tallow and lard.

Hello from Canada. In one of the Roth videos there was some pushing of Heather to maybe try it. Any movement on that? I'll be there and hopefully some or all of you will be too!

Heather , i have exactly same over pronation with you. My feet are paralel while i am running but i am pushing hard on my toes. Here is the question ; are you squeezing your ankles againt collapsing heels? When i wear high cushing shoes my toes diving more in shoes and tiring my inner part of shins. So i prefer low cushing and going minimalist 😢 otherwise i am hurting my tibialis posterior.

Completely unrelated, but: Congratulations to Heather, seems like the world will get a potential new triathloner in about five months time :)
