if it costs 200k but 300k it doesn't matter too much to scarify a cabin imho. If weather is bad you need it, and if it is good you need it too. Unless you plan to spend 30 mins on watter

and what happens when you are in a confused sea with the waves at 35' and it's blowing 45 knots? How does this boat handle that?
