- Start and end of the animated series is about a gnome called Klaus, a judge, who travels with his assistant Danny on Henry the Swan, trying to solve disputes in the best possible way. It is a spin-off of the series David the Gnome. Based on the books The Secret Book of Gnomes by Wil Huygen.

I wrote the lyric to the start and end themes of this programme and sang them both many years ago.

Doug Stone You Intersound guys were still cool! I recall the same "Mickey Godzilla" popping up in stuff like "The Adventure of Manxmouse" and "Captain of the Forest".

+Hulk2k6 Well, they were pretty famous in the original version in Spain when the series came out. I also loved the voices in English. I am a gnome collector and I love everything gnome-related. But personally, I think we should just let them stay where they are, as beautiful memories. I think it's a bad idea to bring the series back in open TV.
The original Spanish release even had an official OST with extended versions of the themes (in their native language however of course). Look up 'La llamada de los Gnomos - Banda Sonora Original de la serie de TVE'.
ToonReel001 Yep, it's great. It's on CZcams. There are also extended themes in Italian and Dutch, I have them physically, one of the best parts of my collection. I'm thinking about uploading all of the tracks in these languages. There is also a disc from the first series with Christmas songs.

ToonReel001 Sadly, no, they don't. It's a shame, I really like the English dub, but most versions didn't get any (or as many) original merch.

great show! timeless theme song. although it doesnt make any sense haha. im sure the 80's euro guys who sang the theme had no idea what they were saying. and most likely doing massive amounts of blow while in the production booth ;)
The show was originally Spanish and the themes were translated from that edit if that gives some explanation. Look up 'La llamada de los gnomo'.
