Ssd❤ I cordially thank Dr. Pande to create awareness of five processed food items among the people to avoid heart disease. Most of the people like to eat sweets. I think occasional sweet eating will not be so much harmful because thousands of people eat sweets occasionally but rarely few of them are found seriously affeted by diabetes or heart disease due to sweet eating only. Moreover ,I request Dr Pande to discuss the effects of sweet ripe mangoes and Jack fruits in relation to diabetes because the people of Bengal are very fond of these two fruits. In your next video please discuss how.is diabetes related to heart disease?
